To sustainably manage its environment and natural resources, provide all Bangsamoroequitable access to the region’s patrimony for the attainment of healthy environment and lastingpeace and development in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

Business Plan/ project brief to be prepared under the supervision of Private Forester4. Business Permit from the Office of the Municipal Mayor5. Photos of the sawmill establishment showing front and back view ( to be certified by Forest Officer)6. CENRO AND PENRO endorsed application7. Endorsement of the EMB for the issuance of ECC8. Endorsement of FMB to the Regional Secretary for approval

Work Programs;

d. Proof of financial capability to implement the Exploration and Environmental Work Programs, as follows:

d.1.)For an individual - Copy of income tax return for the preceding year and proof of bank deposit or credit line in the amount of at least Two Million Five Hundred Thousand

Pesos (PhP 2,500,000.00), or

Automatic Extension of Licenses, Permits and Authorities

“If the government office or agency fails to act on an application and/or request for renewal of a license, permit or authority subject to renewal withinthe prescribed period, said permit, license or authority shall automatically be extended until a decision or resolution is rendered on the application forrenewal. In this instance, the applicant shall be informed prior to the expiration of the original period that more time is required to evaluate theapplication or request. No automatic extension or extension shall apply to an expired permit, license, or authority covers activities which pose dangerto public health, public safety, public morals, or public policy including but not limited to, national resource extraction activities.”

5. The Citizen’s Charter is uploaded in the agency’s website and accessible to the public.

6. The Citizen’s Charter was first published on 2012 and underwent review and revision on November 5 and 29, 2014 as required underSection 4, Rule IV of the IRR: the office or agency shall review the Citizens Charter whenever necessary, but not less than once everytwo years.

7. The Citizen’s Charter already shows the improvements that resulted from the process review of frontline service delivery specifically inthe streamlining of procedures and shortened turnaround time.

This certification is being issued to attest to the accuracy of all the foregoing based on available records and information that can be verified.
