March 2, 2011. A copy of the USPS Certificate of Mailing and the USPS Domestic ReturnReceipt is attached hereto, incorporated herein an d marked a~ Exhibit "B".

12. The purpose and intent of this letter was to form a self-executing agreement with

Plaintiff.13. By the tenus of the agreement, Defendants would tender $145,000.00 into escrow

with a Gloria J. Thompson, a third party escrow agent, with the funds to be released to the
