Working with leading employers in the IT sector, we endeavour to reignite the economy by ensuring we secure talented, driven, energetic young adults for apprenticeship opportunities. Our programmes and delivery models are tailored to meet individual needs. We are committed to changing and shaping the lives of young people providing them with the best training, qualifications and learning experience possible in order to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to be the IT specialists of the future. The Baltic Training Services Apprenticeship programme is a formal education programme in which the apprentice will learn through online delivery of content and instruction via a virtual learning environment. Webinars offer the option to access the courseware, labs and videos for 6 months after the training session has ended. Because of this, participants can review the course multiple times, helping them revisit the materials for reference, apply the contents as needed or prepare for an exam.

Webinars enhance the delivery of training, as the apprentice can attend and complete the course without leaving the office. In addition, studies and experience have shown that course delivery by webinar supports a much more focused approach to learning through a simultaneous independent and collaborative learning experience. The use of webinars has boosted apprenticeship achievement outcomes.
Your apprentice can start attending courses, learning and adding value to your business straight away.
Technical Training Staff are available throughout the duration of the webinar sessions to provide support, guidance and tuition to your apprentice. There is also a technical help service for all apprentices who can contact one of our technical specialists and schedule a 1:1 remote mentored learning session.
Courses will run typically every 5-8 weeks, with a number of training dates available. The order of the modules can be subject to change, depending on the dates selected.
Develop the capability of your company by developing your people. This is a unique opportunity to enhance
your delivery services by up-skilling and developing your team through learning and qualifications. In order to provide
this enhanced apprenticeship, Baltic Training Services are partnering with New Horizons who are one of the largest
networks of Cisco-authorised delivery locations in the world.
