Sourced from 35 different crus over several harvests, the non-vintage Brut Réserve is a staple of Champagne Taittinger, one that has been recognized all over the
world for its exceptional quality and consistency. Aged for three to four years (twice the legal requirement), this Champagne offers an exceptional, mature blend.
NOTES: Bright golden straw yellow, characterized by a powerful,
expressive bouquet — fruit, brioche, peach, white flowers, and vanilla pods. On the palette, the Champagne is fresh and lively, with delicate hints
of fruit and honey.
GRAPES: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier

Grown and harvested in the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys, some of the world’s best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are combined to create this
elegant cuvée. Its unique vibrancy can be attributed to the small proportion of still red Pinot Noir grapes added in the final stage. And its intense palette can be
explained by the 3 years spent on lees in the bottle to develop complexity.
NOTES: Fine bubbles and persistent foam punctuated by a deeply expressive bouquet of crushed raspberries, cherries, and blackcurrants. Velvety, full-bodied,
fruity, crisp and fresh with flavors of red fruits on the palate.
GRAPES: 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier
Nocturne is plush, round, smooth and perfect for late evenings. A blend of more than 35 different crus and aged for 4 years on the lees before being disgorged, the Taittinger Nocturne is a Sec (slightly sweet) Champagne.
A 17.5 g/L dose of cane sugar combined with a slow maturation process yields a full, smooth flavor profile.
NOTES: Pale yellow in color with shimmering highlights and a thin foam bubble,
lending to the slightly sweet wine’s vibrancy. A bouquet of white flowers, yellow peaches, and dried apricots leads to a crisp, creamy palate of raisins
and delicately candied fruit, with a long, smooth finish.

Taittinger Nocturne Rosé is a Sec Champagne composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Blended from approximately 30 vineyards and from multiple vintages, the wine is laid down for 3 years to age before disgorgement. A 17.5 g/L dosage of sugar cane combined with slow cellar
aging creates a round and smooth rosé Champagne that is perfect to enjoy late in the evening, especially with friends.
NOTES: The color is an intense, bright, flamboyant pink. Its bubbles form a delicate halo of fine foam. A full-bodied nose reveals delicious aromas of pastries. On the palate the attack is clean, fresh and generous, with silky tannins. Taittinger
Nocturne Rosé is a structured, voluptuous Champagne that presents an elegant, well-integrated balance of sugar, acid and tannins.
GRAPES: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier
Produced exclusively from Grands Crus Vineyards, the Prélude only uses juice from the very first pressing immediately following the harvest. Fermented twice,
with blending occurring after the first fermentation, this Champagne is aged for 5 years on the lees, 4 more than the required minimum for this appellation.
NOTES: The high proportion of Chardonnay creates a brilliant, vibrant pale
yellow, accentuated with silvery reflections. A subtle mineral bouquet quickly gives way to hints of elder flowers and cinnamon. In the mouth, the delicate mineral Chardonnay and powerful aromatic Pinot Noir balance beautifully to create a
lively palate punctuated by fresh citrus and white peaches. A rich, lingering finish bursts with flavor over time.

Produced only in exceptional vintage years and intended as the ultimate expression of the Taittinger style, this wine is composed entirely of Chardonnay grapes grown in the top vineyards of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Only the
first press juice is used. A small proportion (5%) of the blend spends 3 to 4 months in new oak barrels, enhancing the intrinsic qualities of the final blend. Prior to
disgorgement, the Blanc de Blancs is aged for 10 years on the lees in 13th-century chalk cellars that were once the property of Saint Nicaise abbey.
NOTES: Pale yellow color characterized by fine light bubbles that form a delicate foam ring. Initial bouquet of tangerine develops into mature notes of ripe fruits, raisin pastries and candied fruit. In the mouth, a smooth and lively palate with
flavors of grapefruit and a long refined finish of spice.
GRAPE: 100% Chardonnay
Produced from purely 100% Grand Crus grapes, the Rosé features grapes from Côtes des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. To ensure structure and
excellence, only juice from the first pressing is used. Additionally, a small portion of the Pinot Noir grapes (12%) is blended as red wine.
NOTES: It offers extraordinarily delicate bubbles with a refined, complex nose — wild strawberries, morello cherries, and black currants, with hints of fresh
almonds and licorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies and richens into a structure mid-palate with a balanced, generous finish.
GRAPE: 70% Pinot Noir (12% blended as red wine), 30% Chardonnay

Unexpected Color Story For Your Party
Look beyond the traditional holiday color story, which can often feel dated and stale. Instead, elevate your
tablescape with a touch of elegance and sophistication. Turn to metallics like brushed gold, galvanized silver and
our current favorite, rose gold, alongside lush holiday greens for a more contemporary take on décor.

Bubbly Bar
It’s the beauty of Champagne, first consumed with your eyes and then with your heart.
A bottle of bubbles on ice elicits emotions of pure joy and celebration. Make the bubbly bar the centerpiece of your party and you won’t need much else. In lieu of a traditional bucket, try making an ice
sculpture centerpiece at home to chill your Champagne.
Present Your Champagne In An Elegant, Whimiscal Way
What you’ll need2 large nesting bowls deep enough to fit 1 or 2 bottles of Champagne TaittingerLarge flower bloom and evergreens
•Fill larger bowl halfway with cold water.•Place smaller bowl on top; to keep it centered and prevent it from floating, tape down the sides with a strong household tape. Place a few items in the bowl for weight. Freeze overnight until solid.•Trim your greens to your desired length, size and design. Note: the fewer the items in your design, the easier the bowl will be to make.

•Remove the bowl from freezer and let sit to room temperature, or until the smaller bowl can easily be removed. •Arrange the greenery and flower onto one side of the large bowl. •Quickly slip the smaller bowl back into place so that the floral arrangement is sandwiched between the two bowls.•Again, tape and weigh down the bowls together.•Making sure the smaller bowl is weighed down, carefully pour water into the gap between the two bowls until it is not quite filled. •Place in freezer for a few hours. Then, remove and add additional water to create a thicker wall.•Allow the bowl to fully freeze.•Remove just before your par ty begins. Transfer the bowl to a waterproof dish to catch dripping water and place on top of a cake stand for height and presentation.•Fill with Champagne bottle and top with ice!

Parisian Raw Bar
Take a moment from the hustle and bustle of the holidays, and transport your guests with a Parisian Raw Bar.
A crowd pleaser at any party and for any season.
Start with a timeless pairing – oysters and Champagne. The minerality and acidity brings an accent to the
briny finish of the oysters. Move on to the perfect shrimp cocktail: the sweet flesh of large prawns or shrimp with just a squeeze of lemon is a natural fit with Champagne.
End with a bit of lobster or crab. The stone fruit and citrus notes of our Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc
de Blancs 2006 will pair exquisitely.
For a new presentation, try using galvanized metal trays and stagger them at different heights to create areas where you can add additional design elements such
as winter greenery, flowers, candles and lights. Drape burlap or canvas fabric for added texture
and a touch of Paris.

Champagne & Caviar Pairings
Caviar and Champagne – the ultimate love story. Not only is caviar perfect as a stand – alone with Champagne, but also adding elements of caviar to timeless holiday dishes can elevate the flavor, making it
both a simple and rewarding feat.
Magnificently youthful with tons of mineral and citrus fruit in the Prélude – all of which is meant for that melt-in-your-mouth silkiness
from the caviar. The aromatic lift of the Pinot Noir and its ample mousse is the perfect fit for the Calvisius Tradition or a fresh
and fruity Ossetra.
Caviar pairs with Brut La Française because it’s a lively Champagne – it’s as fresh as the sunrise is in the morning and the Caviar’s full flavors play on the layers of passion fruit, vanilla, and peach. The
Brut La Française can stand up to a distinctive and full-bodied caviar.
A buttery, medium pearl pairs beautifully with the Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs because of the acidity and structure of
the Champagne. The caviar’s distinctive nutty taste keenly plays on the vintage maturity of the Comtes de Champagne, leaving a symphonic
masterpiece on the palate – a broad, satisfying mouth-feel.

Top Off The Night With Dessert
With a passion for elegance and craftsmanship, it is only natural to pair Jacques Torres’ delicious chocolate delicacies with Champagne
Taittinger. Champagne works spectacularly here, especially when there is a secondary element of fruit (passion fruit, raspberry, coconut, or hazelnut). As macarons have become the symbol of
Parisian Pastries, it only makes sense to flavor them with the best French Champagne!
Presenting Jacques Torres Macarons – Available for the 2016 Holiday Season
A macaron has layers of texture in each bite. The outer shell, the airy pillow and creamy center, the soft chew- a natural fit for Champagne, which is an equally ethereal experience. Champagne Taittinger Brut La Francaise has the right amount of density and
fruit to stand up to an array of flavors.
Delight in the delicious Champagne Taittinger Macaron – complete with gold flakes to add a layer of sparkle to your celebration.
