Legal Secretary/Paralegal Position
A two-attorney law office located in downtown Warren is seeking applicants for a full-
time legal secretary/paralegal position. Our areas of practice include estate planning,
probate, real estate and small business law. Must be efficient with Microsoft Word and
Excel. Duties include answering phone, scheduling appointments, deed recording, and
preparing various drafts of legal documents such as deeds, Wills, and estate pleadings.
Prior law office experience not required, but would be a plus. Office hours are 8:30-5.

The Data and Reporting Analyst will provide timely and accurate
analysis and reporting while introducing valuable insights to the organization. Supporting a rapidly
growing company, this candidate will contribute to our transformation towards a data-driven culture. The
Analyst will help with building a proactive reporting culture while leveraging data and information from
multiple sources. Not only is retrieving and manipulating data crucial for this role, but the candidate also
needs to excel when interpreting data and to possess an enthusiasm for translating data into actionable
insights. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self-starting, and detail-oriented team
player who performs well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Enhance current and introduce new reporting and analytics aimed at providing visibility to the
business through the introduction of business intelligence and various metrics
Analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations aimed at introducing business
and/or financial efficiencies
Scope, research, design, and develop reporting to evaluate various inquiries that may originate
from different resources and groups including Finance, Sales, etc.
Visually display and summarize discoveries from data analysis in a graphically pleasing, high-
level, easy to understand format/presentation
Discuss approach taken to analyses in order to provide others with valuable tools and insights that
they can leverage within their business unit.
Evaluate performance of the business by analyzing past data, expected data, as well as predicted
data while calculating financial profitability metrics
Troubleshoot and provide feedback on data reporting issues as inquiries arise
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Any other projects or duties as assigned
Desired skills, knowledge, and qualifications include the following:
Working towards a BA/BS with a major in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent preferred.
Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, vlookups, etc.) required.
Strong Microsoft Word skills (links to excel, advanced formatting and document creation
Exposure to and/or past experience in sales and/or finance roles
Strong analytical skills along with detail-oriented nature
Data-driven mindset while also understanding potential courses of action based on the data
Possession of consultative background and approach in order to define solutions that will

Responsibilities:
As a Regional Account Manager, you will grow your territory (and your earnings!) by

existing accounts. This will require that you call on safety managers, maintenance,
purchasing, and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach. This
position reports directly to our Director of Sales.
Achieve sales and profit goals by developing and retaining existing customers
and by opening new business.
Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships,
identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.
Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up, negotiate terms, and close
transactions
Organize and conduct training sessions for customers.
Survey market and competitive conditions.
Complete reports regarding itineraries, expenses, sales calls, leads, and other
related matters.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid driver's license and ability to meet our company driving record
requirements
Prior sales experience or related industry experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong math aptitude
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may
