This will confirm our telephone conversation of this AM. Inspection of your vehicle damage reveals that the vehicle is a constructive total loss. The cost to repair exceeds its actual cash value. Please review the attached Audatex report to explain our offer of settlement. Also provided is the Rogers Adjusting repair estimate which far exceeds the $500.00 vehicle value.
