We  use  a  strict  formulated  batter  recipe  to  ensure  every  bite  is  as  crispy  as  the  first.   All  our  Seafood  comes  from  sustainable  farms.   We  put  a  lot  of  care  and  love  into  producing  our  food.    You  can  rest  assured  only  the  best  quality  goes  into  ever  bite!  

 

Why  do  our  Fish  &  Chips  taste  so  good?    

We  use  2  types  of  beer  (Beer  is  used  to  make  a  good  fluffy  crispy  batter,  all  the  alcohol  content  evaporates  in  the  cooking  process).  

We  use  2  types  of  flour   We  add  2  secret  ingredients   We  use  real  skin  on  potato  wedges.

Terms  &  Conditions  • Upon  confirmation  50%  down  payment  is  required  to  secure  the  booking.    Full  payment  to  be  settled  upon  arrival.  • Confirmation  of  final  order  and  numbers  to  be  sent  to  chucksgrub@gmail.com    or  0917-­‐819-­‐6432  three  (3)  days  before  the  

event.  • Chuck’s  Grub  staff  will  be  there  1  hour  before  the  event  starts  for  set  up  and  food  preparation.  • Chucks  Grub  Fish  &  Chips  will  serve  guests  for  a  total  of  4  hours.    You  can  extend  service  hours  at  a  rate  of  P500/hour.    Any  

unserved  food  will  be  left  behind  in  take  away  containers.mida888  •
