paprika coating.

It is made with cow
milk, cider or beer
and a breadcrumbs
coating.
Mont des Cats
It is made at the
Abbey of the « Monts
des Cats » with cow
milk.
Vieux Lille
It is made with cow
milk. It looks like
« maroilles ».
