I started life of student by learning English on Pre- Intermediate class in Institute of International Finance Education (IIFE). After nine weeks in there, I not only learned more things about English but also about professional competence as well as communication skills. In the first day of the semester, I was surprised and boring when there were 7 students in class and only I was a man. However, it’s lucky my teacher is also a man who is Mr. Presley. During first mid-term, we learned ways to write e-mails and opinion paragraph; listen topics and numbers; speak dialogue; reading text and answer questions etc. On week 5, we had the mid-exam and I had result not good, but I thought it was suitable with my competence and I would have to be hard-working more next term. Then, we started last term with how to write memos and “logical division of ideas” paragraph. After that we learned to write chronological paragraphs and use the context to guess the meaning of the words etc. At the same time, we practiced things that we learned before. Moreover, in the learning process, we discussed so much about “dilemma and decision” and other topics. It is very interesting and helpful to my speaking. We were gradually improved after every week. I had more confident to communicate with others by English. Now, we are reviewing for final-exam and hope I will complete it in the best way. Nowadays, many people worry about finding a suitable job. Nowadays, many people worry about finding a suitable job. However, applying for a job can be easier than they think. First of all, employer posts a job advertisement on a website or in a newspaper to recruit employees. Then if job-seekers apply for the post, the employer will select suitable candidates and invites them for interview. After candidates attend their interview, the employer offers the job to the best candidate. Finally the candidate only accepts or declines the offer.

A manager is a person who control and operate a team or a company on job, so to being a good manager need to two important qualities. First of all, good managers must have a commitment with their work, at that time they can focus on work and it being motive power make you try their best to complete work. Its same parents have a commitment which takes care of their children. Moreover, good managers also must have competency on work. That means they need to have professional ability and good communicate skills. Professional ability is very important to solve problem in work, as well communicate skills, they help managers can share information and listen from their team in the best way.
