    HOME CARE FORMULATION

    Carbopol EZ-2 polymer provides suspension of insoluble ingredients and stabilization of oils in this chrome polish formulation. Th

    properties improve the overall stability and aesthetics of the product.

    Procedure:

    1. Prepare Part A. In a separate vessel, sprinkle theCarbopol

    EZ-2 polymerontosurface of the water. Allow the polymer to self wet (about 10 minutes) until nopolymer is visible on the surface.

    2. Prepare Part B. Dissolve the morpholine in the water. With good agitation, addthe pumice and diatomaceous earth.

    3. Prepare Part C. Dissolve the silicone fluid, pine oil and oleic acid in the mineralspirits.

    4. Slowly add Part C into Part B with good agitation.

    5. Add in the surfactants from Part D. Mix well.

    6. Add Part A. Mix well.

    7. Add the preservative. Mix well.
