Delivery
PLANTERIA aims to deliver on the chosen week of the client However delivery and collection is scheduled geographically and will be finalised nearer Christmas
Tree bases
Trees will be supplied with either a green tree stand (with in-built watering system) or plant container
Tree care
Cut trees are like cut flowers maintaining a supply of fresh water to the stems will help prolong the freshness of the foliage It is the clientrsquos responsibility to maintain a fresh
supply of water and instructions will be handed out to each client on installation Hot dry and dark conditions will speed up the drying out process of the needles and
unfortunately we cannot guarantee any interior tree delivered before 4th December 2017
Health amp Safety
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to ensure there are no trip or fire hazards
Electricity supply
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to provide a safe 240v mains supply to the base of each tree and we recommend that a circuit breaker is fitted We are unable to provide
extension leads Please note that several sockets are required for larger trees If the installation team deem that any extension leadswiring is unsafe and against Health amp
Safety regulations then they will install the tree and lights make sure all lights are working then unplug the tree and leave leads in a safe position
Ownership
All materials remain the property of PLANTERIA and any losses or damages will be charged for (unless otherwise stated)
Collection
Trees will be collected early January and PLANTERIA will ensure the area is left clean and tidy Again collections are scheduled geographically and we therefore may not be
able to take specific requests into account
Undecorated trees
Trees must be cleared of any clientsrsquo own decorations before collection

Delivery
PLANTERIA aims to deliver on the chosen week of the client However delivery and collection is scheduled geographically and will be finalised nearer Christmas
Tree bases
Trees will be supplied with either a green tree stand (with in-built watering system) or plant container
Tree care
Cut trees are like cut flowers maintaining a supply of fresh water to the stems will help prolong the freshness of the foliage It is the clientrsquos responsibility to maintain a fresh
supply of water and instructions will be handed out to each client on installation Hot dry and dark conditions will speed up the drying out process of the needles and
unfortunately we cannot guarantee any interior tree delivered before 4th December 2017
Health amp Safety
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to ensure there are no trip or fire hazards
Electricity supply
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to provide a safe 240v mains supply to the base of each tree and we recommend that a circuit breaker is fitted We are unable to provide
extension leads Please note that several sockets are required for larger trees If the installation team deem that any extension leadswiring is unsafe and against Health amp
Safety regulations then they will install the tree and lights make sure all lights are working then unplug the tree and leave leads in a safe position
Ownership
All materials remain the property of PLANTERIA and any losses or damages will be charged for (unless otherwise stated)
Collection
Trees will be collected early January and PLANTERIA will ensure the area is left clean and tidy Again collections are scheduled geographically and we therefore may not be
able to take specific requests into account

Delivery
PLANTERIA aims to deliver on the chosen week of the client However delivery and collection is scheduled geographically and will be finalised nearer Christmas
Tree bases
Trees will be supplied with either a green tree stand (with in-built watering system) or plant container
Tree care
Cut trees are like cut flowers maintaining a supply of fresh water to the stems will help prolong the freshness of the foliage It is the clientrsquos responsibility to maintain a fresh
supply of water and instructions will be handed out to each client on installation Hot dry and dark conditions will speed up the drying out process of the needles and
unfortunately we cannot guarantee any interior tree delivered before 4th December 2017
Health amp Safety
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to ensure there are no trip or fire hazards
Electricity supply
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to provide a safe 240v mains supply to the base of each tree and we recommend that a circuit breaker is fitted We are unable to provide
extension leads Please note that several sockets are required for larger trees If the installation team deem that any extension leadswiring is unsafe and against Health amp
Safety regulations then they will install the tree and lights make sure all lights are working then unplug the tree and leave leads in a safe position
Ownership
All materials remain the property of PLANTERIA and any losses or damages will be charged for (unless otherwise stated)
Collection
Trees will be collected early January and PLANTERIA will ensure the area is left clean and tidy Again collections are scheduled geographically and we therefore may not be
able to take specific requests into account
Undecorated trees
Trees must be cleared of any clientsrsquo own decorations before collection

Tree care
Cut trees are like cut flowers maintaining a supply of fresh water to the stems will help prolong the freshness of the foliage It is the clientrsquos responsibility to maintain a fresh
supply of water and instructions will be handed out to each client on installation Hot dry and dark conditions will speed up the drying out process of the needles and

supply of water and instructions will be handed out to each client on installation Hot dry and dark conditions will speed up the drying out process of the needles and
unfortunately we cannot guarantee any interior tree delivered before 4th December 2017

It is the clientrsquos responsibility to ensure there are no trip or fire hazards
Electricity supply
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to provide a safe 240v mains supply to the base of each tree and we recommend that a circuit breaker is fitted We are unable to provide
extension leads Please note that several sockets are required for larger trees If the installation team deem that any extension leadswiring is unsafe and against Health amp
Safety regulations then they will install the tree and lights make sure all lights are working then unplug the tree and leave leads in a safe position
Ownership
All materials remain the property of PLANTERIA and any losses or damages will be charged for (unless otherwise stated)

Delivery
PLANTERIA aims to deliver on the chosen week of the client However delivery and collection is scheduled geographically and will be finalised nearer Christmas
Tree bases
Trees will be supplied with either a green tree stand (with in-built watering system) or plant container
Tree care
Cut trees are like cut flowers maintaining a supply of fresh water to the stems will help prolong the freshness of the foliage It is the clientrsquos responsibility to maintain a fresh
supply of water and instructions will be handed out to each client on installation Hot dry and dark conditions will speed up the drying out process of the needles and
unfortunately we cannot guarantee any interior tree delivered before 4th December 2017
Health amp Safety
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to ensure there are no trip or fire hazards
Electricity supply
It is the clientrsquos responsibility to provide a safe 240v mains supply to the base of each tree and we recommend that a circuit breaker is fitted We are unable to provide
extension leads Please note that several sockets are required for larger trees If the installation team deem that any extension leadswiring is unsafe and against Health amp
Safety regulations then they will install the tree and lights make sure all lights are working then unplug the tree and leave leads in a safe position
Ownership
All materials remain the property of PLANTERIA and any losses or damages will be charged for (unless otherwise stated)
Collection
Trees will be collected early January and PLANTERIA will ensure the area is left clean and tidy Again collections are scheduled geographically and we therefore may not be
able to take specific requests into account
Undecorated trees
Trees must be cleared of any clientsrsquo own decorations before collection
