THE NEXT STEPS

To provisionally book your chosen festive event, pay a deposit of £20.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with requests for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any drink pre-orders by Monday 6 October 2014. Once full payment has been received no re-funds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

ACCOMMODATION

Special accommodation rates start from £49.50 per person sharing a twin or double guest room, £30.00 supplement for a single guest room.
