Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer

Rudolph the red nose reindeer, had a very shiny nose, and if you ever saw it,

you would even say it glows.

All of the other reindeer, used to laugh and call him names.

They never let poor Rudolph, join in any reindeer games.

Page 3: Christmas Songs

Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Santa came to say:

"Rudolph with your nose so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"

Then how the reindeer loved him,as they shouted out with glee:

"Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, you'll go down in history!" (clap)

White Christmas

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas Just like the ones I used to know

Where the treetops glisten, and children listen

To hear sleigh bells in the snow

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas With every Christmas card I write

May your days be merry and bright And may all your Christmases be white

O Holy Night

O Holy NightThe stars are brightly shining

It is the night of the dear Savior's birthLong lay the world in sin and error piningTill He appeared and the soul felt its worth

A thrill of hope, the weary soul rejoicesFor yonder breaks a new and glorious morn! Fall on your knees, O hear the angels' voices O night divine, O night when Christ was born

O night, O holy night, O night divine! (interlude)

Truly He taught us to love one another; His law is love and His Gospel is peace.

Chains shall He break For the slave is our brother

And in His Name all oppression shall cease.Sweet hymns of joy

in grateful chorus raise we,Let all within us praise His holy Name!

Christ is the Lord! O praise His name forever!

His power and glory evermore proclaim! His power and glory evermore proclaim!

Away In A Manger

Away in a manger, no crib for His bed

The little Lord Jesus lay down his sweet head

The stars in the bright sky looked down where He lay

The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay

Page 30: Christmas Songs

The cattle are lowing, the poor baby wakesBut little Lord Jesus no crying he makes

I love thee Lord Jesus, look down from the skyAnd stay by my cradle

'till morning is nigh

(instrumental)

Page 31: Christmas Songs

Be near me Lord Jesus, I ask you to stay

Close by me forever, and love me I pray

Bless all the dear children in thy tender care

And take us to heaven to live with thee there

What Child Is This?

What Child is this who, laid to restOn Mary’s lap is sleeping?

Whom angels greet with anthems sweet,

While shepherds watch are keeping? This, this is Christ the King,

Whom shepherds guard and angels sing;

Haste, haste, to bring Him laud,The Babe, the Son of Mary.

(interlude)

Page 33: Christmas Songs

Why lies He in such mean estate,Where ox and ass are feeding?

Good Christians, fear, for sinners here

The silent Word is pleading.Nails, spear shall pierce Him through,

The cross be borne for me, for you.Hail, hail the Word made flesh,

The Babe, the Son of Mary.

(interlude)

Page 34: Christmas Songs

So bring Him incense, gold and myrrh,

Come peasant, king to own Him;The King of kings salvation brings,

Let loving hearts enthrone Him.Raise, raise a song on high,The virgin sings her lullaby.Joy, joy for Christ is born,The Babe, the Son of Mary.

Behold the light from heavenThere shone a holy light.

Go, tell it on the mountain,Over the hills and everywhere

Go, tell it on the mountain,That Jesus Christ is born.

Page 37: Christmas Songs

On this bright glorious morning Christ is born today

He came to redeem every sinner And to wash their sins away,

hallelujah

Go, tell it on the mountain,Over the hills and everywhere

Go, tell it on the mountain,That Jesus Christ is born.
