Where the client(s) prefer to have beverages supplied and paid on a consumption basis, a master account will be established and maintained by our bar staff during the function. We will confirm with you the limit you want applied to the master account. It is this dollar amount that we will invoice in your final payment (required 7 days prior to the function). Where the total purse is not achieved, a refund to the client(s) authorized representative will occur upon conclusion of the function. Were the client has requested and extension of the account limit n the night, full payment of any monies not already invoiced are payable in full cash or credit card, immediately on conclusion of the function.
