We can help you select a menu and pre-order your wine, assist with seating plans and theming your event. We can also arrange a disco or live band, a magician or a photographer.

We have our modern Clubhouse suite with a pitch view available where we can offer an informal buffet menu, a great alternative to our traditional Christmas menu.

A dedicated member of our team will work with you from your initial enquiry through to the event itself, guaranteeing a party to remember for all your guests.

Tryline PackageThe Underwood Suite is a perfect venue for parties of up to 150 guests. Within this suite you will have the option to seat your guests formally, select your own menu and enjoy the benefits of a private bar area.

Book this suite privately and enjoy a four-course dinner, DJ & Christmas novelties from as little as £39.00 per person, with minimum numbers of 80.

Is there a minimum number of guests we can book for?No, you can book from 2 places, subject to availability.

How do I receive confirmation of our booking and payments?After we have received your deposit we will forward your confirmation of booking details by email, including confirmation of payment.

Can each member of our party pay individually?Unfortunately not, all payments need to come through the party organiser. How do I make the final payment?We will forward a pro forma invoice by email at the beginning of November based on the numbers given and the deposits paid, please inform us if there are any changes to your numbers at this point – deposits are non-refundable. Once payment has been received a full VAT invoice showing payment made will be emailed – no tickets will be sent out.

How many guests can be seated on a table?We can seat up to 12 guests on one round table, for parties of 13 to 15 we will sit you on one block table, for parties of 16 and over you will be sat on round tables located next to each other. We unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific area within the suites.

Dress CodeNo jeans or trainers. Fancy dress is fine.

Can we increase numbers?As long as we have availability we are happy for you to add more people to your booking. If you do add more guests after you have paid in full, additional places can only be confirmed with full payment.

Do we need to pre-order the menu choices for our party?As part of the confirmation of booking details there will be a dietary pre-order form for you to complete with your choice of starters and any dietary requirements.

Can we do a table plan for our party?We are happy for you to do a table plan and for you to put place cards out on the night, please liaise with our Christmas coordinator before the event.

Can we run an account bar on the evening?This needs to be pre arranged with our Christmas coordinator, an authorised credit card will be required, and a bar charge card will be supplied for the party. Unless pre arranged payment must be made on the evening.

Drinks VouchersWe can supply drinks vouchers for your party.Drinks voucher must be pre-ordered and pre-paid and will be sent out prior to your party.Option A: Single drink voucher priced at £4.35

Booking your partyCall a member of the team to check availability and provisionally book your places on 0116 2171 280. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.To confirm your booking please complete the booking form and return within 14 days. A £10 per person non refundable / non transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. After this time your provisional booking will be released.To receive half a bottle of complimentary wine per person places need to be booked and confirmed with deposit by Friday 28th July, 2017.Full payment is required by Thursday 16th November, 2017.

CancellationsDeposits are non-refundable in all cases and cancellations of individual places that have been booked as part of a group cannot be accepted.In the event of a whole group booking having to be cancelled Leicester Tigers must be notified by the party organiser in writing, by fax or email.

Should a whole party be cancelled refunds will be calculated as follows:

More than 56 days prior to the event date 100% refund, less deposit

30 to 56 days 50% refund, less deposit

30 days or less No refund

The Club may cancel the booking when the date clashes with any rugby match which is due to be played at Welford Road Stadium, whereupon the Club will refund to the Client any advance payment made by the Client, but will have no further liability to the Client.

GeneralAny dietary requirements and changes to numbers must be received 14 working days or more prior to the party, after this time we will always endeavor to meet your requirements.For private parties, minimum numbers will apply depending upon which suite is chosen. If the numbers are reduced below the confirmed booking minimum, the Club reserves the right to charge the balance to the Client or cancel the booking. Alternatively, the Club reserves the right to change the named function suite in the event of insufficient guests, and the Client will be notified in this event. Whilst every care is taken to honour commitments, the Club reserves the right to amend any part of this programme and regrets that it will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations.

Getting here by railLeicester Station is a 10-minute walk away, along Waterloo Way and Tigers Way.

Getting here by roadFrom M1 (North and South) and M69 (East)Exit the motorway at junction 21 (M1). Follow the signs for the city centre via Narborough Road (A5460). After 3 miles, go under a railway bridge and at the crossroad junction with Upperton Road, turn right. Follow signs for the city centre. The stadium is ½ mile ahead.

From A6 (South)Follow the signs for the city centre, coming in via London Road. At the main set of lights opposite the entrance to the railway station (on the right), turn left on to Waterloo Way. The stadium is ½ mile further on.

From A5199 (South)Follow the signs for the city centre, coming in via Welford Road.

From A426 (South)Follow the signs for the city centre, coming in via Aylestone Road.

From A47 (East)Follow the signs for the city centre, coming in via Uppingham Road. At the St George’s Retail Park roundabout, take the second exit into St George’s Way (A594). Carry on past the Leicester Mercury offices on the right, and then filter off right into Waterloo Way just before the railway station. The stadium is ½ mile further on.
