Our “Join a Party” Christmas party nights offer a fun filled evening of Christmas cheer!

Enjoy a delicious festive three course dinner & half a bottle of wine per person. After dinner, our resident DJ will ensure that you party the night away until 12.30am.

FESTIVE CHRISTMAS LUNCHES

Leave the office behind and join us for the afternoon to celebrate Christmas with your colleagues. Enjoy a three course lunch with Christmas novelties, in either our award-winning restaurant or in one of our private dining rooms, dependant on the size of your party. Available throughout December.

SANTA SUNDAY LUNCHES

Join us with family, friends and a special visitor on 8th, 15th and 22nd December.

Adult - £24.95 per person. Children, up to 12 years - £12.95 per person. Includes a visit from Santa with a gift for the children.

CHRISTMAS EVE 24TH DECEMBERFrom 2.30pm guests receive a warm welcome from the Wyck Hill House team as we all celebrate a wonderful Christmas in the Cotswolds.

A sparkling cream tea will be served between 2.30pm and 5pm in the bar, the lounge or the library.

Relax around the manor house or treat yourself to a festive spa treat (additional charges apply and booking is essential).

Dinner will be served between 7pm and 9pm in the dining room.

CHRISTMAS DAY 25TH DECEMBEREnjoy a Cotswold breakfast between 7.30am and 10am and then relax before indulging in a delicious traditional Christmas day lunch served by our friendly team. We ask that you pre book your preferred time before arrival.

A leisurely afternoon will follow - you may relax in the lounge, watch the Queen’s speech, take a stroll in the grounds or retreat to your room before an evening buffet dinner will be served later that evening between 7pm and 9pm.

BOXING DAY 26TH DECEMBERBreakfast will be served between 7.30am and 10am before guests depart at 11am.

We are pleased to offer a discounted rate of £115.00 bed and breakfast for guests wishing to extend their stay and arrive either earlier on 23rd December or stay another evening on 26th December. Please quote ‘stocking filler.’ to receive this discount.

Prices are based on two people sharing a twin or double garden room.

Celebrate in style at Wyck Hill House and Spa this New Year’s eve.

Arrive from 2.30pm and enjoy a leisurely afternoon before joining us at 7pm for a Champagne and Canapé reception.

At 8pm, enjoy a delicious five course gala dinner, followed by dancing with family and friends until 1am.

The following morning a New Year’s day brunch will be served from 9am - 12 noon.

Detox Herbal Bag Massage (90 minutes) £90.00

Warmed muslin bags containing a combination of the finest herbs and seaweed are deeply massaged into the body. The heat radiates through the body and relaxes and soothes aches and pains. This full body treatment reconditions and rejuvenates your skin by gently exfoliating the outer layers, and nourishing deep within. The herbal bags offer a relaxing way to detox as the seaweed gel is a powerful anti-oxidant and increases the body’s metabolism.

PaymentDeposits and pre-payments are

required for the featured events

in this brochure. When booking

Christmas or New Year events a non

refundable deposit of 25% of the

value of each booking is required on

booking and full payment required

no less than 14 days prior to the

event. If the booking date falls within

14 days of the event, payment in

full is required at the point of making

the booking. All additional charges

incurred during your stay must be

settled in full on departure.

CancellationsBookings not paid in full by 14 days

prior to the event will be deemed

to have been cancelled and any

monies paid to the hotel will be

retained as cancellation charges.

No refunds of monies paid will be

made to cancellations or decreases

in the number of guests attending

unless the hotel is able to re-sell the

space. In such circumstances the

refund will be payable after the date

of the booked event. Monies for

non-arrival are forfeited and cannot

be transferred to cover drinks or

overnight accommodation for other

members of the party.

InsuranceWe strongly recommend that you

have cancellation insurance when

booking any event featured in this

brochure.

ChildrenChildren may not be permitted to

certain events. Children aged 13

and over are classified as adults and

charges will reflect this. Children

aged 12 and under will be charged

at 50% of the full adult price.

General InformationThe information in this brochure is

correct at the time of printing. The

hotel reserves the right to amend

its packages and prices at any time

before the booking. Bookings are

subject to availability and prices

quoted at the time of booking. All

prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

If the general rate of VAT were to

change our prices will be modified

accordingly. The hotel reserves the

right to alter, amend the content

of any event or to cancel an event

for any reason, for example if there

is a short fall in minimum numbers

required to run the event or run a

programme.

If the event is cancelled a refund in

full will be given by the hotel. The

hotel will endeavour to offer suitable

alternatives dates of packages

where appropriate.

All events and timings are subject

to local licensing authority approval

and statutory licensing regulations

apply.

The hotel will not be liable to you

for failure to provide any of the

inclusions in any of the events listed

within this brochure to the extent

that the failure is caused by any

factor outside of its reasonable

control.

The terms are deemed to

incorporate the hotel’s general terms

of business, copies of which are

available on request from the hotel,

in the event of inconsistencies the

terms of this agreement shall prevail.
