CHRISTMAS “POP” SING-A-LONGFor Band with Audience Participation
WELCOME…..and please join us for a good old fashioned SING-A-LONG!
SANTA CLAUS IS COMIN’ TO TOWN
You better watch out, you better not cry;Better not pout, I’m telling you why:
Santa Claus is comin’ to town. He’s making a list and checking it twice,Gonna find out who’s naughty and nice,
Santa Claus is comin’ to town.He sees you when you’re sleepin’.
He knows when you’re awake,He knows if you’ve been bad or good,
So be good for goodness sake.Oh! You better watch out, you better not cry,
Better not pout, I’m telling you why:Santa Claus is comin’ to town.
RUDOLPH, THE RED-NOSED REINDEERRudolph, the red nosed-reindeer
Had a very shiny nose,And if you ever saw it,
You would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer
Used to laugh and call him names:They never let poor RudolphJoin in any reindeer games.
Then one foggy Christmas Eve,Santa came to say:
“Rudolph, with your nose so bring,Won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?”
Then all the reindeer loved himAs they shouted out with glee:
“Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer; You’ll go down in history.”
HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE
CHRISTMASHave yourself a merry little Christmas,
Let your heart be light,From now on our troubles will be out of sight.
Have yourself a merry little Christmas,Make the Yuletide gay,
From now on our troubles will be miles away. Here we are as in olden days,Happy golden days of yore,
Faithful friends who are dear to usGather near to us once more.
Through the years we all will be together,If the Fates allow,
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough,And have yourself a merry little Christmas now.
SILVER BELLSCity sidewalks, busy sidewalks,
Dressed in holiday style,In the air there’s a feeling of Christmas
Children laughing, people passing,Meeting smile after smile,
And on ev’ry street corner you hear:Silver bells, silver bells,
It’s Christmas time in the city.Ring-a-ling, hear them ring,
Soon it will be Christmas day
Thank you...and have a HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!
