Christ Embassy Celebrates South Africa’s Heritage Day in a Grand Way

Colourful carnivals, street storms and community projects revealed the

glory in God's Word to many as BLW citizens in South Africa kicked off the

nation's Heritage Day with a nationwide prayer for the country.

It was a worthy start to a multi-faceted outreach; Pastors, leaders and

brethren poured out their hearts to the Lord in effusive prayers for the

prevalence of the Gospel in the nation, for leaders and those in authority.

The Regional Pastor, Pastor Ose Oyakhilome, led the brethren in a

celebratory procession with music and other attractions for onlookers as

partners moved through Johannesburg to Kliptown. ROSA 2016 Carnival

held at the Walter Sisulu Square of Dedication; there was a great

celebration and ministration of the Word through music and creative arts

performances.

Many tourists and residents received free copies of the Messenger Angel.

The brethren dispersed into different suburbs of Soweto and throughout

the country in a strategic street storm, distributing thousands of copies of

the Rhapsody of Realities and leading many to Christ.

Communities were impacted through special projects. Food and Rhapsody

of Realities were distributed at the South African National Council on

Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Boitekanelo Orphanage and the

Johannesburg Society for the Blind. Partners also rolled out a tree planting

and landscaping project at schools and various places in Soweto, educating

students.

Rhapsody of realities reach out campaigns are known to be colourful, fun

and innovative and several countries across the world have enjoyed the

presence of this devotional. The book has brought life, hope, joy and a

reason to stay alive to millions that have been affected by it.
