My entry will be talking about the use of colors. After talking in class about this topic, I decided to look up some more examples. This picture drew my attention very quickly. I take this picture to be something I’d see out of a cartoon or the end of a movie scene, compared to something I would see in real life. The use of orange in the cloud makes me see how surreal the whole image looks. It was the first thing I took notice of, as it is the brightest in the image Overall, the image uses saturation for all of the colors; the blue is extra, orange is used instead of white, and the houses look more lively compared to how it would usually look. How we use colors can make a picture more active and live-like, and this image is a prime example of that.
