Artist Chris Lodge is a bird artist currently based in Suffolk, UK. I have previously lived at various locations throughout Britain and for two years in Massachusetts USA. I have travelled widely in recent years but my current bird paintings are of species observed in South East England where I am now living and painting. I am currently gaining much inspiration from the estuaries and marshes along the coast and am working on a series of new oil paintings featuring ducks, waders, terns and gulls.
