Dear Homeowner,

Thank you for taking the time to read about G&C Properties.  I hope you’re impressed by what you see.  When I left a corporate real estate company and established my own boutique firm, G&C Properties, in 1988, even though I was a top selling Glendale Realtor®, my fellow agents thought I would fail.  Up to that point everyone felt that one had to be part of a large office to be successful.  I had learned however that it’s not about a faceless corporate moniker but rather the strength of the individual agent that produces results.  I knew that if I could focus solely on selling real estate and not be burdened with the distractions of a big office that I could dominate the Glendale real estate market.  And I was right!

Today my team of agents which includes my son Chris Cragnotti, Leanne Reynolds, Debbie Russell and Ana Connell are some of the sharpest agents in the business.  Together we have built the G&C brand to stand for trust, integrity and commitment to our clients.  We know that selling someone’s home is more than just a numbers game and that all the corporate money in the world can’t match the personal reach and reputation we have within the region nor can it create the respect, patience and innovation required to successfully serve the community year after year.

Meet Chris Cragnotti

Chris has been licensed to sell real estate since 2003, but has been in training since before he was born. As a child Chris was driven all over town, from appointment to appointment while his mom, Gerri Cragnotti, built her successful career. Decades later, after graduating with honors from Chapman University with a BFA in Film/TV Production and spending 6 years at the The Walt Disney Studios he finally accepted the programming, the groundwork that had been laid all those years ago. Today Chris works alongside his mother representing Glendale’s finest homes as part of The Biggest Small Company in Town, though, these days he does most of the driving!

Since he began selling real estate full-time in January 2006, he has consistently ranked among the top agents in Glendale. Currently Chris proudly serves on the board of directors of both the California Association of REALTORS® and locally at the Glendale Association of REALTORS®.

Who is on Chris’ team at G&C Properties?

Mary Jo has been the backbone of Gerri’s team at G&C Properties since 1993. She holds an Art Education degree with a minor in Business from Middle Tennessee State University and has had a real estate sales license since 1987. She moved to California in 1978 and lives in the foothills where she likes to hike with her longtime partner, Joe, and their dog Cici. Her hobbies include visiting art galleries and museums as well as watching cooking shows and trying out the latest recipes. She finds much satisfaction working with her local Kiwanis club raising money for education scholarships as well as pediatric illness care.

Mary Jo Pulk, Marketing/Listing Manager

Longtime Glendale resident, Leanne Reynolds, joined G&C Properties in 2006 and has been a perfect fit since day one. Formerly a marketing and sales executive for several leading NYSE companies, Leanne holds a journalism degree from USC. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Royal Canyon Property Owners Association and committees at several prominent private schools. Leanne’s specialties include residential home sales, 1031 exchange and investment opportunities as well as Senior Solutions, assisting local senior citizens and their families with the transition from their long-cherished homes. She lives in the Royal Canyon area of Glendale with her husband, Ron, and their two daughters.

Licensed since 1973, Gerri Cragnotti is an institution in Glendale’s real estate marketplace, consistently remaining at the top of her game year after year, through every kind of market. After a decade at a large corporate brokerage, she partnered with 3 other local agents to create a transformative new real estate office, Personalized Real Estate By. Centered on the individual agent, rather than the corporate name, Gerri helped establish a new way of looking at the practice of residential real estate. 4 years later, she took that one step further and opened G&C Properties a boutique brokerage helmed solely by her. Freed from the burdens of daily office politics she is able to focus solely on customer service and the needs of her clients. Ana worked 15 years in the financial industry with Dean Witter Reynolds and V.P. and Branch Manager of the Glendale office of Charles Schwab & Co.  She developed a thorough understanding of the real estate industry by working with real estate investment trusts (REIT's) and publicly traded real estate companies.  She served as Councilmember Tom LaBonge's Environmental and Transportation Legislative Deputy and the Toluca Lake Community Laison, giving her an extensive land use and zoning background. Ana's love and understanding of people and her extensive knowledge of Southern California's real estate market propelled her into a career in real estate.  Ana has a Bachelor of Science Degree from USC and has lived in the Glendale/Burbank area for over 40 years.
