chris caldwell letters of recommendation

December 22, 2015 To Whom It May Concern: Please accept this letter as my unqualified recommendation for Chris Caldwell as a candidate for employment. I had the pleasure of having Chris as a student in a section of a Management of Financial Institutions course I taught at Boise State University in the fall of 2015. Management of Financial Institutions is traditionally one of the more demanding courses in the finance major as it requires students to have an understanding of both the macroeconomic concepts and issues pertinent to financial intermediaries, as well as the insight to evaluate, and hedge against, the risks that they pose. Despite the challenges, Chris worked diligently to understand the intricacies of this difficult subject and to master their application. Chriss ability to grasp the material and his willingness to work on the problems pertaining to the challenging issues faced by managers of financial institutions demonstrates his commitment to excel. He showed a strong work ethic in pursuing his academic studies. Chris is dependable, unassuming, and trustworthy. He asks for clarification when he needs it. Perhaps what I enjoy most about him, however, is that while he is ambitious he does not suffer from any sense of entitlement (rather common in college students). I have no doubt that he will be as successful in his future endeavors as he was in my difficult course. Chris is exceedingly determined. He’s an uncompromi singly hard-worker. And he would be an excellent addition to any organization. Sincerely, Garrett A. McBrayer Department of Marketing and Finance College of Business and Economics Boise State University

Chris’s ability to grasp the material and his willingness to work on the problems pertaining to the challenging issues faced by managers of financial institutions demonstrates his commitment to excel. He’s an uncompromisingly hard-worker. And he would be an excellent addition to any organization. Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern: As a U.S. Olympic Solidarity Coach for the United States Olympic Committee, The National Director for Strategic Analytics, a Gold Level Certified Coach for USA Wrestling, & an Executive Board Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame; I have witnessed the best from around the world. I am been blessed & privileged to know Chris Caldwell for over five years in the highest capacities, both professionally & as a person. His genius stems from his profound & unconditional love of others; his determination that always keeps the kids’ best interest at heart, his willingness to sacrifice his own ego & time by his humbleness that inspires others, & his profound sense of “balance” of the physical, emotional, mental, & deeply spiritual as-pects that are so often forgotten, but not only creates winners on the mat, but truly “Champions for Life.”

An ancient Chinese Proverb speaks of great Leadership & it says; “Go to the People, live among them, learn from them, & love them. Start with what they know, then build on what they have. Then of those greatest leaders, when their tasks are all accomplished & their works are all done. The People all say, we did this ourselves.” Chris Caldwell’s leadership style is one with this Proverb... Experience has taught that Humility is the greatest form of integrity, & you either have it or you don’t. Courage is greater than strength, & nothing is stronger than true gentleness, which is an empowered inner confidence, that is driven by faith & inspired by the soul; for such an unconditional love of others is a true rarity, seen only in Generations long past. Chris Caldwell is a humble man of incredible Integrity, Hon-or, & Courage who leads by example & his “word” is his bond. Those that cannot, or refuse to sacrifice themselves so that others will realize their most impassioned dreams, always humbling themselves for a higher cause; will NEVER understand those great intangibles of Chris’ “entire Way of relating & serving others;” that in reality brings “Men & Women” of “Faith & Courage” together , & I am confident he is destined to DO Greater Things then even I can imagine.

Our Samurai Family has lived the strict honored code of Bushido for more then a thousand years, & it rec-ognizes that to be the greatest one must be the least & the Servant of all. Our purpose is to “Protect & to Serve…” & as a Coach, a Teacher, a Friend; I am forever mindful of the great responsibilities I have, when entrusted with your children. In like manner, Chris Caldwell constantly looks for opportunities to do like-wise, for he embraces the knowledge that children are not only our greatest treasures, but the future leaders of our world & at this early age, we do not know what they will become, but recognizes that each has the Seed of Greatness within them. Chris nurtures & inspires them with extraordinary vision to do something great.

Coach Caldwell is currently working as an elite Coach at Team SUPLES USA, but also has for many years. Not only does Chris’ arduous selection speak of his unique giftedness as a Veteran & accomplished Student Athlete, but also as a very special young wrestling Coach. Chris exhibits a strong yet sensitive ability to communicate concisely, & clearly beyond international dialects & customs. His warmly reaches out & inspires, especially children from all cultural & socio- Economic backgrounds to work harder & dream bigger ; making him perfect to shoulder the tremendous responsibilities that come of the highest form of leadership, with the faith & trust he has earned as an Ambassador for our Sport, but most importantly our Nation.

July 27, 2015

I greatly admire Chris Caldwell’s growing stature & credibility, his unmatched integrities & passions to learn; accepting tougher challenges by which through his performance & growth, he will bring great pride in representing the United States of America at World Level competitions as the Voice of Freedom onto the World’s stage.

Chris Caldwell is a man of extraordinary character, patience, & honor. His courage & uncondi-tional love of those around him is an example that should be profoundly noted. His outstanding leadership qualities testify that there is no limit to the depth of good that can be accomplished when you so unselfishly give of yourself, & don’t care who gets the credit. Chris has an un-quenchable thirst for the adventures in knowledge; he utilizes his life’s experiences to touch & inspire the learning adventures for others. Finally, there is no greater tribute than the fabric of the character of his students, who mirror his profound philosophies so that they truly are “Champions for Life.”

If I can answer any questions or help you in any way, please do not hesitate in calling or writing me; as it is my privilege to give my highest respect & recommendations that Chris Caldwell would be a tremendous asset to any organization with whom he chooses to align himself with as a Win-Win for all.

Chris Caldwell would say from his heart, “appreciate each moment, share with those around you, but above all… don’t be afraid to dream…” Follow a true Leader… live your dream. Expect to Win!

Sincerely,
