• TIMETABLE:– First Newsletter Presentation during the meeting in Helsinki (May 2006). Final Version: during the meeting in Roskilde (August 2006).

• BUDGET:– Spain will be responsible for editing the English

version (pdf format).– All the partners will deal with translations and

edition to their languages in the formats they consider appropriate.

CHOICES FINAL SEMINAR

• TOPIC: Dissemination of CHOICES results and those from National DPs.

• AIM: To promote mainstreaming to the general public and to the entities that have been contacted through the different initiatives in CHOICES

CHOICES FINAL SEMINAR

• DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:• The Final Seminar will be structured in four

sections:

– Conferences• Each partner will present the activities that have

coordinated, the results, the final considerations and any other related issues they deem appropriate. This activity is just foreseen for the partners and experts.

– Discussions• Two discussions sessions will be organised for the

participants.• The topics of both discussions will be decided by all the

partners throughout the project and depending on the most interesting issues rose in the different activities of the transnational cooperation. This activity is just foreseen for the partners and experts.

• DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:– Panels

• There will be an exhibition consisting of information boards on national and transnational activities, in English and Spanish. This activity is foreseen for everybody, including the general public.

• The exhibition will be divided in three areas:– 1) National DPs Area: There will be a board for each

national project.– 2) CHOICES Area: There will be a board for each of the

final products.– 3) Information helpdesk: Information area, where different

products will be handed out, visited or consulted:» Newsletters (handed out) / CHOICES Website (visited)» Available Good Practices Booklets (consulted) / Any other

promotion material from partners or collaborating entities (consulted or handed out)

– Visits

• To know in situ the most relevant actions of the Spanish national DP. This activity is just foreseen for the partners and experts.

• DIVISION OF TASKS between CHOICES PARTNERS:

– Conferences– All partners will send to the Spanish one, the Power point

presentations of the conferences that they will present during the Final seminar.

– The conferences will be given in English or Spanish. Translation will be available.

– Discussions– The partners will send to the Spanish one, the proposals for

the discussion topics. These proposals will be voted to decide the final discussion topics.

– The person moderating the discussions will be decided according to the discussion topics.

– The discussions will be in English and Spanish. Translation will be available.

and pictures to be included in the panels regarding:

• Results of their National DPs work

– The extension of all these texts for the panels will be decided further on.

– We suggest that the helpdesk point be managed by all partners in a rotation basis.

– Participants

– The partners will be asked to provide a list of participants coming to the final Seminar as soon as possible so that we do not have accommodation problems in Cacabelos.

– Total number of participants?– Place: Cacabelos.– Travel issues: Mini-bus possibly available from

León to Cacabelos.

of the different foreseen panels, to the visit of the website and the information services of the helpdesk.

CHOICES FINAL SEMINAR

• BUDGET:

• Spain will be responsible for the editing of the boards in English and Spanish, and of the meals of CHOICES partners. All organization costs will be covered by the Spanish partner.

• Spain will be also responsible for the organisation of the visits.

• CHOICES partners will be responsible for accommodation and travel expenses. CHOICES partners will be also responsible for all the costs of the participants they invite.
