Snowman cherry muffins

Ingredients

2 cups of sour cherriesfrom a jar

2 tablespoons of baking powder

1/2 a cup of Genauva milk chocolate gems

1 cup of flour

1/2 a cup and 2 tablespoons of soft butter

1/2 a cup of sugar

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

3 eggs

Fondant sugar

Dark Genauva gems for the eyes

Preparation Pour the sour cherries in a strainer and let them leak

Pre-heat the oven at 350°F (180°C)

Put paper muffin liners into the muffin tin

Mix baking powder, chocolate and flour

In other bowl mix butter, sugar and cinnamon until white and fluffy

Add the eggs one by one while beating

Add the flour mixture to the butter and mix shortly until combined

Spoon the cherries to the batter

Take out of the oven and let them cool

Roll out the fondant sugar to a 0.1in (2mm) thick slab

For the snowman’s face: cut out the white fondant sugar with a glass or cutter

Make the cap and nose with a coulored fondant sugar

Spoon the batter into the muffin cups and bake in the middle of the oven for 25 min

Use 2 dark chocolate gems for the eyes
