With the growing economy and the increasing GDP the past decades, furthermore,
after weakly 2-day off, citizens’ lifestyles have been changed to ask for more leisured
facilities at the community. With this reason, there are getting more and more housing
having multi-functioned facilities, especially more are in the collective housing.
However, the key to success is whether the planning will meet the publics’ demands?
What common space leisured facilities are especially important? What facilities satisfy
more? What needs to be improved for the management on the facilities at community?
This study tries to explore the question between using frequency and demand of leisure
facilities in common space by planners, households, and housing managers, based on
questionnaire investigations, Standford community of Banciao of Taipei country as an
example.
This research divided into five chapteres altogether in order to reach the purpose of
studying is below as:
Chapter one establishing research purpose and research approadch and procedure
mainly, go on in order to study.
Chapter two to the purpose of studying, put forward behavior, suitable foring and
demand document retrospect about household’s leisure facilities of the
collective community, in order to set up this research theory structure.
Chapter three this research carry on the real example investigation and carry on the
interview questionnaire on its behavior, suitable foring, demand in order to take
Standford community of Banciao of Taipei County as an example.
Chapter four propose investigating the analysis result in this research.
Chapter five porpose this research conclusion and suggestion for planning leisure
facilities in common space as reference.
