China “The Largest Polluter of the

Ozone in the World''

A report prepared by a team of experts from the University of

California has revealed that China has surpassed the United

States "as the largest polluter of the environment in the

world."

The report points out that research was to estimate the size of

emissions of the gases arising from the phenomenon has

become known as "global warming" or the phenomenon of

"glass houses", which may have exceeded the rate of gas

emission in America in 2006 and 2007.

The team of researchers warned that the future growth of the

emission gas, which are not being monitored, will make any

reductions carried out by rich nations under the Kyoto

Protocol look like a dwarf compared to what is happening in

China in this regard.

The team acknowledges the uncertainty of the date on which

may be China has become the largest polluter of the

environment because of what is caused by the emission of

carbon dioxide in the world, that the report is based on

information in 2004.

It is believed widely that even now that the United States

remains "number one for pollution of the environment in the

world."

The report warns that unless China to change its policies on

energy radically, the increases caused by the emission of

gases will be greater several times than rates of reduction

carried out by the rich countries on that emissions as

stipulated in the Kyoto Protocol. The researchers say taht

their numbers are based on a temporary information taken

from the Chinese agency to protect the environment.

According to the BBC.

They add, saying that the analysis of information obtained,

which is centered on 30 points, might be more useful in

providing information on possible future gas emissions,

compared to the numbers that are traded on a large scale

usually.
