Study Plan I have passed my Undergraduate study (Bachelor’s Degree) at National University of Rwanda. I did course projects during the four years of study individually as well as in a group which created in me self-confidence as well as ability to work in team environment. My final research project was Community participation in solid waste management. Basically, I was interested in developing environmental management because I did bachelors in sciences, especially in Geography. I have gained plenty of basic knowledge of this discipline as well as certain level of research ability. My knowledge of Geography and as well as growing importance of Geographical Information System in Environment incited me to choose Masters Program in Environmental sciences. I started to be interested in Geography when I was young. I have got some skills about it when I was in senior, where geography’s teacher told us many effects of destroying the environment: global warming which leads to climate change as an example, and the benefits of protecting the environment. I learned diligently the courses of Environmental Management in former National University of Rwanda and got good scores. The leading knowledge and the research ability which I can acquire from the study will no doubt give me much more solid foundation and a broader vision. These two characters are indispensable for a leader and researcher who wants to be succeeded in future fierce competitions. I have still great thirst for more skills about my career of environment, the reason why my aim is to do a Master’s degree in Environmental sciences. Study Plan

I have passed my Undergraduate study (Bachelors Degree) at National University of Rwanda. I did course projects during the four years of study individually as well as in a group which created in me self-confidence as well as ability to work in team environment. My final research project was Community participation in solid waste management.Basically, I was interested in developing environmental management because I did bachelors in sciences, especially in Geography. I have gained plenty of basic knowledge of this discipline as well as certain level of research ability. My knowledge of Geography and as well as growing importance of Geographical Information System in Environment incited me to choose Masters Program in Environmental sciences. I started to be interested in Geography when I was young. I have got some skills about it when I was in senior, where geographys teacher told us many effects of destroying the environment: global warming which leads to climate change as an example, and the benefits of protecting the environment. I have still great thirst for more skills about my career of environment, the reason why my aim is to do a Masters degree in Environmental sciences. China is an environmental friendly country and promoting higher education in every possible manner without discrimination of race, gender and religion. Also it is a safe country with multicultural and a welcoming environment. Few of my friends and colleagues are already studying in Chinese Universities and they admire the high standard of environment and their amicable culture. Students who have studied in Chinese universities are very successful in finding jobs in Rwanda in top level companies or even in setting up new business. Also in Rwanda, while getting a reasonable job any foreign qualified person is always preferred and paid well. These are some of reasons for which I choose China for my higher education. In short, I believe my study and research experience in CHINA UNIVERSITY OF GEOSCIENCES (WUHAN), together with the strong market demands and profiting policies in Rwanda, will help me greatly to achieve my precise career goal. I plan to deeply participate in development of my country when I will come back to my homeland or even if want to go for a job, along with a strong educational background this study will help me in making a difference in my professional life. I am looking forward to start this exciting journey to my long cherished career goal.
