Cities development experience.In November 1999: Chinese Academy of SocialSciences had sponsored the First Digital EarthConference in Beijing.

May 2000: The 21st Century Digital City where 100Local and International Mayors and 100 ITcompanies attended.

2001-2005: The Digital City TechnologiesDemonstration Projects all over China. This is a partof the 10th 5 Years development Plan.
