Online item rate render are invited through E-tendering mode for the following work on behalf of Delhi Development Authority, (Sports Wing) at CSC from the approved and eligible contractors registered under Horticulture category only of DDA, CPWD and those of appropriate list of MES, BSNL & Railways which shall be opened on the dates indicated against work. The tender shall be uploaded in two parts, namely, ‘Part -I’ containing Technical Bid and ‘Part – II’ comprising ‘Financial Bid’. The bid not uploaded in accordance with the prescribed manner will not be accounted for at all. Only those agencies/ Firms/ Persons having registration in Horticulture Category as above and having successfully completed three similar nature of works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, or two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost put to tender during the last five years ending previous day of last date of submission of tender in Government Department or Public Sector undertaking with annual turnover more than 30% of the estimated cost in each year during the immediate last three consecutive financial year ending March 2018 duly certified by Chartered Accountant are entitled to apply. A proof thereof should be uploaded with the Technical Bid. The tenderer should be registered with the Department of Trade & Taxes, GST/GNCTD and furnish a copy of registration with the tender.

आमिंवित दकए जाते हैं, केिल डीडीए, सीपीडब्लल्र्ूडी के तहत अिुमोदित और पाि ठेकेिारों से पिंजीकृत सीएससी में (स्पोर्टसस वििंग) और एमईएस की

उपर्ुक्त सूची में से , बीएसएिएल और रेलिे जो काम के विलाफ सिंकेवतत तारीिों पर िोले जाएिंगे। विवििा को िो भागों में अपलोड दकर्ा जाएगा,

अर्ासत,् I भाग -I ’वजसमें तकिीकी बोली और - भाग- II’ वित्तीर् बोली ’शावमल हैं। वििासररत तरीके के अिुसार अपलोड िहीं की गई बोली का

वबल्कुल भी वहसाब िहीं होगा। केिल उि एजेंवसर्ों / फमों / व्यवक्तर्ों के पास जो दक बागिािी श्रेणी में पिंजीकरण कर रह ेहैं, ऊपर दिए गए कार्ों की

तीि समाि प्रकृवत को सफलतापूिसक पूरा कर चुके हैं, प्रत्र्ेक लागत की अिुमावित लागत का 40% से कम लागत िहीं है, र्ा िो समाि पूणस कार्ों में

प्रत्र्ेक लागत 60% से कम िहीं है। सरकारी विभाग र्ा सािसजविक क्षेि में िार्षसक टिसओिर के सार् टेंडर जमा करिे की अिंवतम वतवर् के अिंवतम दिि

समाप्त होिे के अिंवतम पााँच िषों के िौराि अिुमावित लागत का 80% से कम िहीं, जो टेंडर के वलए डाला गर्ा है, र्ा अिुमावित लागत का 80% से

कम िहीं है। माचस 2018 में समाप्त होिे िाले तत्काल अिंवतम तीि लगातार वित्तीर् िषस के िौराि प्रत्र्ेक िषस अिुमावित लागत का 30% से अविक

विविित रूप से चाटसडस एकाउिं टेंट द्वारा प्रमावणत दकर्ा जाता ह।ै एक सबूत को तकिीकी बोली के सार् अपलोड दकर्ा जािा चावहए। विवििाकतास को

व्यापार और कर विभाग, GST / GNCTD के सार् पिंजीकृत होिा चावहए और विवििा के सार् पिंजीकरण की एक प्रवत प्रस्तुत करिी चावहए।

State-110065 (IFSC. IBKL0000167).The unique transaction reference of RTGS/NEFT shall have to be uploaded by the tenderer in the E-Tendering system by the prescribed date. The Secretary / DDOs concerned will get earnest money verified from their banks based on the unique transaction reference no. against each RTGS/NEFT payment before the tenders are opened.

Technical Bid (First cover)

The Tenderers are required to furnish following documents in technical bid:-

i. Scanned copy of Tender Acceptance Letter (To be given on Company Letter Head). ii. Scanned copy of Tender Application Form

iii. Scanned copy of reference of RTGS/NEFT (EMD). iv. Scanned copy of PAN No. v. Scanned copy of ‘GST- Registration’.

vi. Scanned copy of ESI, EPF Registration. vii. Scanned copy of Proof of requisite fee deposited with Contractors Registration Board of DDA.

viii. Scanned copy of registration certificate in Horticulture category in CRB of DDA, CPWD, MES, BSNL & Railways. ix. Scanned copy of Turnover Certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant x. Scanned copy of satisfactory completion certificates as per NIT condition.

Any tender found lacking with respect to the necessary information and /or documents and/or Earnest Money with the Technical bid will not be considered. Price Bid (second cover) i) Schedule of price bid in the form of BoQ_XXXXX.xls

तकिीकी बोली:

तकिीकी बोली में विम्नवलवित िस्तािेजों को प्रस्तुत करिे के वलए विवििाएिं आिश्र्क हैं: -

i. विवििा स्िीकृवत पि की स्कैि की गई प्रवत (किं पिी पि प्रमुि को िी जािी चावहए)।

ii. विवििा आिेिि पि की स्कैि की गई प्रवत

iii. आरटीजीएस / एिईएफटी (ईएमडी) के सिंिभस की स्कैि की गई कॉपी।

iv. पैि ििंबर की स्कैि की गई कॉपी

v. जीएसटी पिंजीकरण की स्कैि की गई प्रवत।

vi. ईएसआई, ईपीएफ पिंजीकरण की स्कैि की गई कॉपी।

vii. ठेकेिार पिंजीकरण बोडस के पास जमा अपेवक्षत शलु्क के सबूत की स्कैि की गई कॉपी।

viii. डीडीए, सीपीडब्लल्र्ूडी, एमईएस, बीएसएिएल और रेलि ेके सीआरबी में बागिािी श्रेणी में पिंजीकरण प्रमाण पि की स्कैि की गई कॉपी।

ix. चाटसडस एकाउिं टेंट द्वारा विविित प्रमावणत टिसओिर प्रमाणपि की स्कैि की गई प्रवत।

x. एिआईटी की शतस के अिुसार सिंतोषजिक पूणसता प्रमाणपिों की स्कैि की गई कॉपी

दकसी भी विवििा में आिश्र्क जािकारी के सिंबिंि में कमी पाई गई और / र्ा िस्तािेजों और / र्ा तकिीकी बोली के सार् बर्ािा िि पर विचार िहीं

दकर्ा जाएगा।

मूल्र् बोली

i. BoQ_XXXXX.xls के रूप में मूल्र् बोली की अिुसूची

Note(1):- The bidder will use one UTR for one work only. In case, it is found that he has used one UTR number for different

tenders, all the tenders submitted by him will be rejected and he will be debarred from further tendering in DDA in future.”

Note(2 ):- The intending tenderer should ensure before tendering in DDA that the requisite fee has been already deposited with

CRB.

Note (3):- No Hard copy of any document will be required to be submitted by the tenderers till the opening of the tenders. Hard

Copies of relevant documents will be required from the lowest tenderer only.

िोट (1): - बोली लगािे िाला केिल एक काम के वलए एक र्ूटीआर का उपर्ोग करेगा। मामले में, र्ह पार्ा गर्ा ह ैदक उसिे अलग-अलग विवििाओं

के वलए एक र्ूटीआर ििंबर का उपर्ोग दकर्ा है, उसके द्वारा प्रस्तुत सभी विवििाओं को िाररज कर दिर्ा जाएगा और उसे भविष्र् में डीडीए में आगे

की विवििा से विस्र्ावपत दकर्ा जाएगा। "

िोट (2): - इच्छुक विवििाकतास को डीडीए में विवििा से पहले र्ह सुविवित करिा चावहए दक अपेवक्षत शुल्क पहले ही सीआरबी द्वारा जमा कर

दिर्ा गर्ा ह।ै

िोट (3): - विवििाओं को िोलिे तक दकसी भी िस्तािेज की कोई हाडस कॉपी विवििाकारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत करिे की आिश्र्कता िहीं होगी। प्रासिंवगक
