60.00 g Cheese, Mozarella

15.00 ml Coriander, fresh (Cilantro)
30.00 ml KNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L
5.00 ml Garlic

Preparation
Method
1. Line a quiche tin with the ready-made shortcrust pastry and blind bake in the oven.
2. Melt Marvello in a pan. Sauté the onions, chicken and carrot until cooked through.
3. In a mixing bowl, add the garlic, coriander, Knorr Sweet Chilli Sauceand 5 ml Knorr Lime Seasoning.
4. Add the cooked chicken mix and mix through. Leave to cool.
5. In a pre-cooked pastry shell, layer the chicken, onion and coriander lime mixonto the bottom of the pastry.
6. Add the two cheeses, then the peppadew.
7. Sprinkle the coriander over.
8. In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, milk and cream together and season withsalt and pepper.
9. Pour custard mix over the coriander till full.
10. Sprinkle the remaining 5 ml Knorr Lime Seasoning over the quiche.
11. Bake in oven at 160°C for 40 – 45 minutes until custard is well set.
12. Can be served hot or cold.
