Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:8 pcs skinless chicken thigh sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP tsp freshly ground pepper cup all purpose flour2 tbsp olive oil10 pcs shallots, peeled, halved4 cloves garlic, crushed1 pc medium carrot, oblique2 ribs celery, biased2 pcs medium potato, cut into 1-inch pieces2 tbsp tomato paste2 cups water1 pc bay leaf2 sprigs thyme1 sprig rosemary8 pcs button mushroom, quartered1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper1 tsp minced parsley

Procedure:1. Season chicken thigh with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Coat with flour and set aside. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and sear chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.2. In the same pan, add shallots, garlic, carrot, celery and potato. Saut until golden brown. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.3. Add back the chicken and pour water. Add bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and mushroom. Bring to simmer. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Cover and place in a preheated 325F oven for 45 minutes. Alternately, cook over low heat on stove top.4. Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
