AnTIKOR RS is a high-quality corrosion protection, lubrication and care product for iron, steel and all kinds of metallic materials. Even in aggressive atmospheres, it offers long-term protection for bare metal and highly polished surfaces. The protective effect can be increased by applying several consecutive layers. AnTIKOR RS has a soft, grease-like consistency and does not run off vertical surfaces. The protective film can be removed by simply wiping it off.

AnTIKOR RS is ideal for the short and long-term conser-vation of injection moulds. As a special grease it maintains its adhesive pro-perties on cool tool surfaces.

AnTIKOR RS reliably prevents subsequent damage by rust after the processing of PVc, ABS and POM, as well as many other plastics, e.g. flame-resistant polyamide, caused by aggressive gas residues.

+nEOgLIS+

The three products from the nEO range, nEOgLIS, nEOLUB and nEOgLIS PLUS, are characterised by their different specialisations in the field of viscosity. All three are fully synthetic, odourless problem solvers. They do not harden, and activate old hardened oils and greases. The nEOgLIS types offer good protection against sur-face destruction caused by perspiration from handling. nEOgLIS is suitable as a lubricant, is outstanding as an oxide solvent, dehumidifier, as a cleaning agent and as temporary corrosion protection. nEOgLIS is used in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, thermoplastic injection moulding, die casting, aluminium processing, machinery and instru-ments, toolmaking, wire and sinker electric discharge machining. nEOgLIS sustainably penetrates coatinglayers such as metal oxides, corrosion layers, grease and dust. nEOgLIS activates old oils and greases.

nEOgLIS consists of synthetic, solid-free substances that do not gum, coke or harden, and which remain effective even at extreme temperatures. nEOgLIS does not attack metals, rubber, plastics or the most common paints.

nEOgLIS provides corrosion protection for some time. The duration of the effectiveness depends on the atmosphere of the storage room and can vary greatly.

ANTIKOR is an ideal lubricant for ejectors and slides

without the risk of soiling white, light or clear

injected parts.

+ WIRE ELECTRIC DISCHARGING MACHINES +

The high rust protection requirements for work-

pieces in the course of wire electric discharge

machining are met in coaxial cutting as well as

in water baths. The workpieces to be cut can be

reliably protected before as well as after scanning

+BOnnAFLOn+

BOnnAFLOn is a lubricating and separating agent on a PTFE basis for trade and industry, households, motor vehicles, hobbies and sports. After it has been applied and after the evaporation of the solvent

component, a thin, white PTFE film remains with the typical properties of fluoroplastics. BOnnAFLOn is dirt-repellent and has excellent lubricating and separating properties on all substrates. BOnnAFLOn is heat-resistant up to 260°c. BOnnAFLOn is resistant to water, oil and aggressive media.

+BUTOL MULTIFUncTIOn AgEnT+

BUTOL is an excellent rust remover and provides long-term penetration of coatings such as metal oxides, grease or dust. A practically invisible, thin film that gets under moisture offers temporary protection against corrosion. BUTOL is a semi-synthetic multifunction agent, suita-ble for fine mechanics and micromechanics, electro-nics, electrical engineering, thermoplastic injection moulding and die casting, aluminium processing, toolmaking, sinker and wire electric discharge machining, machinery and instruments. BUTOL is an all-in-one penetrating oil, lubricant, oxide solvent, dehumidifier, cleaner, offering protection against moisture and corrosion. BUTOL has extraordinary penetrating properties – close fits and inaccessible locations can easily be lubricated and protected from corrosion. +SOLVO SPRAY+

SOLVO SPRAY dissolves greases, oils, tar and many resins. SOLVO SPRAY is for degreasing and cleaning tools, machines and car parts. SOLVO SPRAY also serves to remove residual coatings on brake drums.

SOLVO SPRAY is a very good stain remover for textiles, since it is neutral to textile dyes. SOLVO SPRAY does not attack most paints. It is the-refore very suitable for removing tar stains from car paint. Before using it on plastics, first test to see if the plastic is attacked.


InTERKOR VP 1026 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor and cleaner for the plastification units of thermoplastic injection moulding machines. All cavities of the plastification unit are reached, leading to area-wide corrosion protection. InTERKOR VP 1026 leads to significant foam formation and thus to an increase in pressure caused by the volume expansion in the restricted space of the extruder cylinder. InTERKOR VP 1026 leads to an intense emergence of the material at the nozzle or at the open hot runner tool and thus removal of all residues of the previous material.

Sufficient inhibition and cleaning requires, depen-

ding on the tool, 1 to 10 times the quantity of the

cylinder volume of granules, which are mixed with

approx. 1% INTERKOR VP 1026.

On the machine, venting nozzles must be closed

and automatic infeed must be switched off.

The prepared quantity of granules us now poured

into the extruder cylinder using a clean funnel,

as in normal injecting; it is then plastified and

ejected. This satisfies both corrosion protection and

cleaning requirements.

After reconnection the remaining quantity of foam

from the INTERKOR-granule mixture is displaced

by a small quantity of the follow-up granules until

correctly moulded parts are ejected.

cLEAnER SE contains a combination of special solvents and removes deposits from tools without seriously disrupting production. cLEAnER SE is used by spraying it onto the tool and then rubbing it off after a short time. cLEAnER SE only dissolves polyamide and PVc at high-er temperatures. To remove slightly soluble polyacetal deposits, spray cLEAnER SE into the hot tool at the first sign of the formation of a coating and remove the dirt with the subsequent mouldings. PA deposits can be easily dissolved at tool temperatures of 70°c and higher, or even better at 80°c; POM deposits can be removed at a tool temperature of 80°c or higher. cLEAnER SE does not dissolve mineral grease. cLEAnER SE is biodegradable and water soluble. cLEAnER SE does not contain any volatile solvents.

+cLEAnER Sc+cLEAnER Sc contains highly effective solvents in a concentrated form and removes deposits from tools.

cLEAnER Sc is used by spraying it onto the tool and then rubbing it off after a short time. cLEAnER Sc very easily dissolves polystyrene and copolymers, cellulose acetates, polyacrylates and polycarbonates. Thanks to its highly concentrated form, cLEAnER Sc was specially developed for the manual cleaning of dismantled and cold moulds. cLEAnER Sc does not dissolve mineral grease. cLEAnER Sc is biodegradable and water soluble. cLEAnER Sc does not contain any volatile solvents.

nEOgLIS PLUS is a synthetic medium with extremely good penetrating capabilities and is suitable for the surface finish. nEOgLIS PLUS has unusual creep properties, automatically penetrates micropores and cracks, channels, overlaps etc. nEOgLIS PLUS is particularly suitable for fine mechanics and micromechanics. nEOgLIS PLUS forms a practically invisible, thin, elastic film that creeps under water and is water-repellent and for example prevents creepage in the electrical engineering field. nEOgLIS PLUS activates old oils and greases. nEOgLIS PLUS cleans without any adverse effect on the sliding properties of metals and plastics (unlike cleaning with solvents). nEOgLIS PLUS consists of synthetic, solid-free sub-

nEOLUB is an outstanding lubricant with very high film stability for guides, struts, sliders, even in a very close tolerance range, with high thermal resi-stance and without incrustation. It activates the nEO types at once, all examples of oil and grease hardening.

The adhesive power is several times higher than that of the nEOgLIS types. Its penetration capability is greatly reduced, but is still there if heated. This refillable pressurised can is a refillable sprayer made of high-quality aluminium for all types of spray fluids produced by us. The sprayer is used in trade and industry, in workshops etc. It is very handy and can be carried and used everywhere.

The MULTISPRAYER II can be used with all Buchem spray media. We cannot accept any liability if it is used for fluids not approved by us, or for aggressive chemicals.


The Union nut is unscrewed by hand, the valve body

removed. The sprayer is filled with the required medi-

um. The valve body is now replaced and tightened with

the union nut. With the compressed air pistol and filling

adapter (article no. 0420131) compressed air is now

supplied.
