Template and Printing Information; • This is a three fold brochure to be printed on 8.5 x 11. • IMPORTANT - In order for this document to work so you can edit

information there is an image of the background on a side. The side has been designed bigger than a 8.5x11 page so it prints with a bleed. If you mess with the size of the page you will lose the bleed.

• This has a bleed (should not be a boarder if printed from pdf) • When you have edited the brochure as you need:

• SAVE AS and name the document. (so you still have a template after)

• Delete the pages you don’t need in the final document. • Now do a Save As (PDF) or print PDF is an option on some

computers. • Make sure the “Print ACTUAL SIZE” is selected. When this is

done the pdf should bleed off the page (no boarders). This is how Printers will want it.

convenience items are not exempt from sales tax

Refunds. Refunds can be granted if a student

officially withdrawals from school. Certain

conditions apply and subject to a $100

TAX EXEMPT DINING

Depending on type of POS system and interface your

location has there are different Tax Exempt solutions

that can work.

1. Prepackaged foods can be purchased tax free

with a meal. Volonte has a program that you can

use to program this. If you have then your

statement can read as such: pre-packed and

confectionary items that are not sold as part of the

meal are subject to tax and cannot be purchased

with Dining Dollars. You will need to pay cash or

add taxable flex dollars to your card.

2. Need to charge tax on all pre-packaged goods as

system cannot determine this for you: Pre-

packed and convenience items are not exempt from

sales tax and therefore you cannot pay with tax

exempt Dining Dollars. Instead pay cash or use

taxable Flex Dollars. Flex Dollars can be loaded on

your card at any time.
