Doxim Cheque Processing Service enables you to improve customer service levels, conform to government regulations and significantly reduce the time required to locate, retrieve and view cheque items. This service is available to credit unions who are using Doxim “Full Service”.

All cheque images are uploaded into Doxim ECM with the status of “clearing”. Authorized users within the financial institution will be able to log into Doxim ECM to change the image status and/or make the edits to the individual cheque image data. Through Doxim ECM, you will be able to modify the status of your cheques (i.e. NSF, stop payment, etc) or change the clearing date or account number to match your records. At the end of the month, for statement processing purposes, Doxim will only use those images that remain flagged as ‘clearing’, which will assist in reducing exceptions.

Doxim Cheque Processing Service facilitates the daily batch processing of cheque images received from your cheque clearing agent. It streamlines processes and improves productivity by allowing quick access to cheques images through an easy to use, secure web based interface.
