Check list of CRS inspection

1. Distance of signal post from the center of nearest track to be written on the signal post and kept in record duly signed by site supervisor and officer.

2. Height of center of ON aspect above the rail level.

3. Signal ladder foundation should be completed.

4. Painting of signals, point m/c, loc. Boxes, JBs, TLJBs, Level crossing gates L.B. and writing of descriptions.

5. Earthing of DG set, IPS, ASM panel etc. and record of earth measurement.

6. Obstruction test of point machines.

7. Voltage on track relays.

8. Height of the LC Gate boom above the road level and psitive boom locking of L.B. Gate.

9. Distance of the boom post from the center of the nearest track.

10. Track feed wiring should be such that the charger voltage should not appear on track feed terminals if the battery is disconnected or battery wire is broken.

11. Double bonding and staggering of polarities of track circuits.

12. Route cancellation time and working of counters provided on the panel.

13. Double lock and seal on the block instruments.

14. Alteration in relay room wiring circuits to be countersigned by a JA Grade Officer.

15. Testing of selection table at two levels and duly signed by the site supervisor and officer.

16. Continuity test and wire count test at two levels and duly signed by the contractor and site supervisor.

17. Intactness of relays and their cleanliness.

18. Wiring lacing and dressing.

19. Pre commissioning checklist of IPS, Data logger, Digital axle counter etc.
