We’ve listed your accounts and account balances on the left side of the page. To see detailed account activity for any one account, choose it. On the right side of the page, we’ll show more account details along with the transactions for that account. We’ll show up to 24 months of transactions depending on your profile setup.

You can also see statements for this account, change your paperless statement options (system administrator only)

If you’d like, you can filter the account activity by transaction type. Instead of showing all transactions, you can choose from several options on the drop-down list, including all credits, debits or even specific types of transactions, such as checks, deposits, fees or transfers

If you see an icon next to a specific transaction, you can see more details, including all debits, credits, wires or bill payments

The Things you can do menu is customized for each account type. For instance, with a checking account, you’ll see the option to place a stop payment, and for a credit card, you’ll be able to order a replacement card

Search Account Activity

If you choose Search from the drop-down list or click the link, we’ll ask for more details. You can filter transactions by type, date, amount and/or check numbers

Once you’ve filled out the details, choose Filter 2

We’ll tell you how many transactions we found that fit your search criteria and show those transactions

If you’d like to change your search, you don’t have to go back to the original screen. Instead, just choose the button you’d like to update and we’ll display those that fit your new criteria

From the left side, choose the desired account to download activity. At the far right just above your account activity, click the download icon

Set the: Repeats (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), Start date, Stop date (On, After, Never) and File Type and click Save
