WHEN: Tuesday, May 22, 2018, 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (additional information will be sentto participants) PLACE: Racine, Wisconsin TRANSPORTATION: A coach bus will be chartered again this year at no additional cost. The coach bus will leave the lobby of the Grand Geneva at 5:15 a.m. and return to the GrandGeneva at approximately 3:00 p.m. EQUIPMENT: All fishing equipment, bait, and life jackets are provided by the charter boat. You must provide your own rain gear, sunglasses, tennis shoes, gloves, camera, etc. Motion sickness medicine may save your trip. Dress appropriately for fishing in cold water and cool air temperatures. LICENSE: License and Great Lakes Trout Stamp are necessary. Wisconsin residents and non-residents can get both at https://gowild.wi.gov/lookupaccount. For general information, residents visit http://dnr.wi.gov/gowild/resident.html; non-residents visit https://dnr.wi.gov/GoW-ild/nonresident.html. We urge all participants to get their licenses prior to the trip in an effort to maximize fishing time. Participants who need to procure licenses on site may be placed together on a common charter boat that will leave later than the rest. BOATS: Approximately 30 foot with a 5-6 fisherperson capacity. Sometimes a tip of approximately $20 per person is given to the Boat Captains so be sure to bring some cash. You are not obligated to do this; it’s just a friendly reminder to have cash in case you wish to reward the crew for a fun and successful outing. COST: $170 per person. Some beverages and snacks will be provided on the boat with a lunch to follow. You may bring more beverages, if you wish. There will be a $20 late fee if you register after the registration deadline of April 30, 2018. GIFT: This year each participant will be receiving an R.B.I. 1/4 Zip Wind Shirt for the men OR Sport-Tek Hooded Wind Jacket for the ladies OR a Stellar 8000 mAh Solar Power Bank. WSTA FONEPAC: For the benefit of WSTA FONEPAC, Rory Troff from Multilink will be asking fisherpeople to donate $10 cash to FONPAC. If you donate $10, you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 or $100 VISA gift card with the golfers. If everyone on the boat donates $10 each, everyone on the boat will be entered into an additional drawing for a $100 VISA gift card with the golfers. You are not obligated to do this! DEADLINES: Payment for your fishing registration must be received by WSTA NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2018. All fisherpeople must register for the WSTA Convention as well as for the fishing outing. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS MADE FOR FISHING AFTER APRIL 30, 2018.

For additional information, please contact Russell Berg ([email protected]; 715-832-3726) or Matt Yach ([email protected]; 715-832-3732), the Fishing Chairpersons.

Note: Once reservations are made, we are committed - no refunds!
