Spring is definitely here and I for one am loving the warmer weather. This edition covers all of Spring and has some amazing specials, packages, competitions and of course lots of information on skin, skin care and the facts and benefits of many different treatments.

I would like to add my own little spiel about the dangers of sun in Queensland however, and advise you all to get your sun screens at the ready because I think we are in for some really hot days this coming Summer!

As you all know it has always been our practice to take credit card details when you make a booking and I will be the first to admit we have been a been lacking in this area, but our Shortcuts program has been updated to incorporate this automatically. I do wish to assure you, however that your details are password protected and secure.

No payment will be removed from your credit card unless you are aware. This will include if you instruct us to take payments set up for packages and series sales and as you are all aware we have our cancellation policy and charges may apply if you give late notice cancellation or no show for your appointment. We will endeavour to contact you for confirmation for 2 days prior but it is your responsibility to ensure you remember your appointment. Unfortunately we can no longer ignore this problem as it was a huge $50,000 loss to us last year across our Burpengary and Caboolture Salons.
