    Enforced by Department of Occupational safety & Health (DOSH) under Ministry of Human Resource.

  • WRITTEN SAFETY & HEALTH POLICYSection 16 Part IV OSHA 1994All employers with more than 5 employees are required to formulate a written Safety & Health Policy

    -General policy statement-Organization-Arrangements

    Important to be made known to employees during induction course or job training / display in strategic place
