    Conclusions

    Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions

    were derived:

    1. Profile of student and clinical instructor has no significant

    relationship with their perception on the different educational

    activities of selected nursing schools in Cabanatuan City.

    2. Clinical instructors are aware of the different educational

    activities where they select from in better carrying out of the

    desired learning objectives.

    3. Despite of awareness on the different activities, additional

    knowledge should still be given to them in terms of this matter.

    4. Different nursing schools in Cabanatuan City are doing their best

    to give quality education to their students by utilizing those

    educational activities.

    5. The instructor's success is determined to a large degree by

    the ability to organize material and to select and utilize a

    teaching method appropriate to a particular lesson.

    Recommendations

    Based on the conclusions formulated, the following

    recommendations were forwarded:

    1.Clinical instructors should be provided with appropriateknowledge on the use of different educational activities

    through seminar, conferences, and workshop.

    2.Often classroom observation by Deans and other superiorsshould be done regularly.

    3.Teachers should use various nursing educational activities forbetter learning.

    4.Clinical instructors should utilize the duty hours to teachthem and to let them experience the reality in the nursing

    field as one of the best educational activity to learn. They

    should be competent to become models to the students by

    continuing to pursue their educational backgrounds.
