Nicolas Copernicus• Copernicus’s

Heliocentric theory states that the stars, earth and other planets revolved around the sun

Galileo Galilei

• Galileo took an idea from a lens maker to create the telescope.

• Through his observations Galileo disproved past theories about the planets and sun and supported Copernicus theories
