Outline of our Trial Support Services:
· Create exhibits. · Serve as a quasi focus group for your case. · Listen to your opening and closing argu-ments, and work with you to accomplish the outcome you seek. · Assist your IT team in configuring your war room with any equipment and/or technology you may need. · Coordinate setup of the courtroom, includ-ing testing to make sure everyone has work-ing monitors. · We furnish a large projector for the jury and coordinate with on-site courtroom staff so that each attorney, judge, and witness has their own monitor. We are able to turn any monitor on or off at your or the court's direc-tion. · Meet each day after the trial for debriefing and preparation for the next day’s plan. · We’re on call for our clients 24/7. Examples of this include times where we were requested to change an exhibit at 3 a.m., and picked up witnesses from the airport after hours.

Cathy Chaplin, CVR CEO of Chaplin and Associates, Inc. Cathy Chaplin has served as both an official state and federal court reporter, worked with dozens of judges and has taken hundreds, if not thousands, of depositions and trials. After establishing Chaplin and Associates, she worked throughout the U.S. and abroad. She has worked in class ac-tion suits, med-mal, intellectual property, high profile cases, and too many large extensive cases to list. She has gained great insight into the way jurors and judges react and think. This real-world court reporting experience has given her insight and experience that can only be obtained through sitting through and watching these cases unfold. Peter Weber Trial Presentation and Litigation Support Consultant; Certified InData Corp. Trainer. Peter Weber has been involved over a thousand cases as the chief trial presentation specialist, and has worked in cases all over the county. As men-tioned above, Peter is a certified InData trainer, and has provided all of the necessary training to Chaplin’s team of support consultants. Michael Lawrence, SPHR, CDVS Trial Presentation and Litigation Support Consultant Michael Lawrence is Chaplin’s Director of Busi-ness Development and is a Furman graduate. He brings almost 20 years of technology and busi-ness experience to Chaplin. He is a certified trial presentation specialist, a certified litigation vide-ographer, and also a trained court re-porter.
