Changeworknow is a leading online recruitment company based in Henley-on-Thames. They design and deliver e-resourcing solutions, from e-recruitment to talent management.  They have a strong client base of blue chip organisations including Barratt Developments, Sainsburys, River Island, HMV, Dixons Stores Group, and Pizza Express.  Ongoing client acquisition is a key business driver for Changeworknow in what is a highly competitive marketplace. 

The Challenge:

Qualifa were asked to drive Changeworknow’s sales pipeline using contacts primarily from the Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and Construction sectors. Changeworknow’s system is without doubt one of the best on the market but not many large corporations that we aimed to target knew this, so we needed to help Changeworknow get in front of their target markets. We needed to engage HR Directors and Resourcing Managers to notify them of Changeworknow’s superb system and gain meetings to fully demonstrate it to them.

The Solution:Qualifa worked with Changeworknow to establish a pitch that would engage potential clients, we focused on Changeworknow’s new system for River Island which flawlessly integrated their recruitment page with their main website, (which is surprisingly, rarely done in the industry) and enabled River Island to offer their thousands of applicants each week a streamlined and effective system. We also focused on the fact that Changeworknow’s system can be integrated with Twitter and Facebook which is an important focus for many companies who are keen to harness social networking within their day-to-day operations.

The Results:- Qualifa now contributing around 50% of Changeworknow’s new sales leads.

-Since we first started in June 2010, 11 meetings have been secured for Changeworknow.

- They have also secured a contract with Pizza Express to develop a system for their new Richmond store opening, followed by a roll out to the entire estate for all restaurant recruitment. As a consequence of this success the relationship has extended to Zizzi Restaurants who are part of the Gondola Group.
