Mandated as a result of LB 470 passed this Legislative Session, all Public School District Superintendents and Educational Service Unit Administrators are required to file an approved contract and any amendments to the Nebraska Department of Education by August 1st
of each school year. This collection should be updated throughout the current year if amendments are
approved by the District School Board or ESU Board.
