You may be asked about the key challenges and drivers that led your organization to choose independent support, your experiences working with a dedicated Primary Support Engineer and the value your business has gained by working with Rimini Street. It’s a way to communicate your success in overcoming business challenges, leverage industry thought leadership and expand your professional network.

Why participate in the Rimini Street Champion Program?Your organization has led the charge to a new support model and relied on those references who helped build a business case that’s brought more value to you and your company. If we participate in a case study or video, where is the content published?We create reference content in complete collaboration with you. You will have the ability to review, edit and provide final approvals before a piece of content is published. Once approved, your story will be published to the Rimini Street website (www.riministreet.com), social channels and our client portal, Street Central.

Do I receive a reward or discount for completing reference activities?The Champions who make up our program assist with reference activities because they believe the support service Rimini Street provides to its clients is valuable and worth sharing. Rimini Street does not compensate or provide clients with discounts for assisting with reference activities.

What if I only want to do reference calls? When joining the program, a Rimini Street reference team member will reach out to confirm and document the types of reference activities you are interested in. If corporate policies or personal preference restrict you from participating in certain reference activities, we are glad to honor any specified requests.
