The parade be- gins at 10:00am at Douglas Park and will wind through downtown. Sherrill Singleton has been named Parade Marshal for this year’s parade. The parade theme is “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” Santa will visit with children on the porch of the library immediately following the parade. Parade entry forms are available online at www.headlandal.org. Headland Elementary School’s Kindergarten, the High School Jazz Band and Ensembles, and Latta Music students performed Christmas music as businesses welcomed holiday shoppers with sales, door prizes and refreshments.
