Robert Listerman Working with Sensitive Information in the Work-place: The modern demands for transactions to be performed in an instant, along with regula-tions for reporting to governmental agencies of transactions between consumers and the busi-

ness requires the collection and maintenance of personally identifiable information (PII). Employees learn about what hap-pens to their customers (or members) if they lose control of PII. The proper handling of PII is discussed and the impact on the organization (and their job) should a data breach occur will be shown. A short recorded breach incident is played out to set the stage of this program. Bob is the President of BTR-Security.

Nilofer Merchant Noted CEO, Fortune 500 leader, pub-lished author, marketing whiz kid, and business strategist Why Being Big Isn’t Big Enough, Anymore The world has changed; Organizationally we have not. We need to re-imagine the fundamental enterprise. Imagine a world where people can come together easily

as co-creators of ideas. Imagine a world in which customers are more than transactions, and team-members are more than payroll recipients. In that world, shared purpose would be inte-gral to what and how we create value. As an organizing princi-ple, shared purpose can change everything and this talk ex-plores what it means for each of us as individuals, and for the organizations we lead.

CONFERENCE SPEAKERS
