Workshop
The future outlook for a ECE engineering career seems bright, hinting at immense potential and opportunities for the students in the stream of VLSI DESIGN .
In today’s competitive world along with class learning process it is required to learn the importance of latest technologies in ECE. So to impart this knowledge in students, a one day work shop on “Modern Trends in VLSI Design & Career Growth” being organized by Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Chalapathi Institute of Technology . Sri Prabhala kishore, Director , VLSI design centre gave introduction about VLSI technology and gave various examples in IC design. He explained from basic concepts and given hands on experience in VLSI IC design flow.
WORKSHOP ON MODERN TRENDS IN VLSI DESIGN AND CAREER GROWTH
PRINCIPALS MESSAGE:
In our journey towards perfection I sincerely hope that this initiative of Electronics & Communication Engineering Departmentwould provide a platform for the young minds to unleash their innovative ideas and in the process open new vistas in technology. As change seems to be the buzz word of the modern era Let us change our thoughts to empower and transform ourselves for a bright future .
Electronics & Communication Engineering Department has successfully attracted a large number of student participants from all surrounding colleges of Guntur, Prakasam and Krishna. Five category competitions were held which includes paper presentation, poster presentation, technical quiz, Autocad drawing and treasure hunt.
NATIONAL LEVEL SYMPOSIUM UDGOSH
ABOUT UDGOSH
Every year UDGHOSH was conducted in the month of March. Many participants from various colleges has actively participated in this technical event. During this event our ece department staff and students actively participated and prepared various exhibits like automatic street lights,Bluetooth controlled home appliances, optical fibre ,DTMF Controlled ,mini air cooler etc.

PIONEERS IN MISSILE DEVELOPMENT Cove rage
Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam better known as A.P.J. Abdul Kalam ; (15 October 1931 – 27 July 2015) was the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. A career scientist turned statesman, Kalam was born and raised in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, and studied physics and aerospace engineering. He spent the next four decades as a scientist and science administrator, mainly at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and was intimately involved in India's civilian space programme and military missile development efforts.[1] He thus came to be known as the Missile Man of India for his work on the development of ballistic missile and launched vehicle technology.[2][3][4] He also played a pivotal organisational, technical, and political role in India's Pokhran-II nuclear tests in 1998, the first since the original nuclear test by India in 1974.[5]
