UNITY

Unity is the key. Whether we’re talking about a sports team, work team, school team, it’s essential that we get everyone on the TEAM moving in the right direction.

Unity happens when leaders are committed to and engaged in the process of building a united, winning team.

Unity occurs when team members care more about the vision, purpose and health of the organization than they do their own personal agenda.

Unity happens when each person on the team can clearly see how their personal vision and effort contributes to the overall vision and success of the team.

MOTIVATION

Motivation that is driven by an interest or enjoyment in the task itself, and exists within the individual rather than relying on any external pressure.

Intrinsic motivation is based on taking pleasure in an activity rather than working towards an external reward.

Students who are intrinsically motivated are more likely to engage in the task willingly as well as work to improve their skills, which will increase their capabilities. Students are likely to be intrinsically motivated if they attribute their educational results to factors under their own control

believe they have the skill that will allow them to be effective agents in reaching desired goals. (i.e. the results are not determined by luck),

HARD WORK

When you discipline yourself to do what is hard, you gain access to a realm of results that are denied everyone else.

Hard work goes hand-in-hand with acceptance. One of the things you must accept are those areas of your life that won’t succumb to anything less than hard work.

Perhaps you’ve had no luck finding a fulfilling relationship Your life will reach a whole new level when you stop avoiding and fearing hard work and simply surrender to it.

Make it your ally instead of your enemy. It’s a potent tool to have on your side.

has to use his/her brain every time and also has to remain   alert with  eyes and ears open otherwise he/she could easily be carried by any fraud or enemy.

The other qualities of a leader include impartiality, action-oriented approach and positive attitude.
