WHAT IS CHABADUnder the leadership of the Rebbe,

Rabbi Menachem Mendel

Chabad has been instrumental

in reshaping the global Jewish

landscape. The Rebbe taught

that every human being is

background, affiliation, or degree of

ritual observance, we are all worthy of

boundless love.

of the world’s largest Jewish organization with over 3500 centers

around the world. Chabad’s programs and activities reach millions

of people each year.

Wherever there is a Jew in need—be it in matters spiritual,

physical, emotional or intellectual—Chabad strives to be there

for them.

At Chabad you are an important part of Jewry, You always

belong. You will always find Chabad friendly, welcoming, and

nonjudgmental.

You are family, and we are glad to see you.

PRAYERThe Synagogue

The coming together of people in prayer has always been as

integral part of Jewish life. For thousands of years, Jewish

people have created sanctuaries for prayer, from tents to

homes, from synagogues to the Great Temple.

Our new Shul will inspire and uplift all who enter. Our services

are set in a traditional yet educational format, making the

experience one of warmth and joy for both the experienced and

non-experienced alike. Our Shul will be a place of celebration for

a Bris or Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a place of comfort for the mourner to

say Kaddish, and a place where little children can attend the

Junior Minyan program and connect with their heritage and

traditions. Our Shul will be a link in time connecting our

community with our ancestors as well as our descendents. In

keeping with our philosophy of an open house, we welcome all

people to our synagogue, with membership or without.

Each Shabbat, explanations of eachAliyah-Torah portion, with commentaryin English gives participants a realunderstanding of each Torah portion.

CHABAD HEBREW SCHOOL“Educate a child according to his way, even when he will grow

old he shall not depart from it” says King Solomon in

Proverbs.

In is with this spirit that the Chabad Hebrew School offers

grade school children an opportunity to study their own

heritage. At our Hebrew School the joys, values and traditions of

Judaism are brought to life. With innovative programs such as

the acclaimed Aleph Champ Reading Curriculum, hands-on

activities and dedicated and knowledgeable teachers, the children

are exposed to the beautiful and deeply significant identity that

has preserved the Jewish people.
